This hotel was very quick & easy for us to get to, perfect after our long flight. Great location within Paddington station, and the staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was very large, quiet, perfectly made-up with a very comfy bed to help us get over our jet lag!! I loved the Crabtree & Evelyn bathroom supplies! The buffet breakfast the next morning was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you can get a reasonably priced room!

Wonderful. Location is ideal. Right at Paddington Station which is the one and only stop of the Heathrow Express also an undrground stop.

Staff were very friendly. A bit shabby (cracked sink in room, etc).

For the price I did not get value. The room was very small and pokey, really really really far from the elevators and with a few steps that you needed to drag luggage across. No restaurants to speak of. Housekeeping was low, but because one day the housekeeper decided to ignore me, they compensated by dropping a package for me in the city. They could do better TV for the money charged, not even MTV for Chrissakes.Although the staff were all very sweet, the quality is DEFINITELY not 4 star deluxe, but you cant beat the convenience of coming off the Heathrow express and not having to deal with the steps in various stations trying to get to your (probably better) hotel. Just take the elevator up to the hotel. Brilliant. I did have a better experience in November, my room was closer to the elevators not all the way at the tail end of eastbourne terrace, and also it was a well spaced room.

The Hilton at Paddington Station is a fantastic property and very convenient if you are flying in and out of Heathrow. You never have to leave the station but you don't feel like you are at station hotel. There are a number of good places to eat within walking distance with a wide range of cuisines. The rooms are great and for a switch you have a choice between instant and drip coffee when you wake up. The only negative is a beef with UK hotels in general. How can anyone get away with charging $30 for 24 hours of internet service? But that isn't a Hilton problem it is a UK problem.

This hotel couldn't be more convenient if you need trains. It's connected to the Paddington Station and you can enter the hotel from the train platforms. I had come in from LHR on the Heathrow Express and had a 715am train next morning to Cardiff, so convenience couldn't be beat. Restaurants nice, sandwiches in the two grocery stores in the station was nicer. Rooms plush, completely comfortable, bathrooms spotless. Only problem is the price! My room including VAT was 282 GBP, more than 500! If you need the train and want to splurge, here's your spot.

The location was great! We could jump on the tube or just head right out to the street and walk through the parks. The room was comfortable but at night to unwind the TV options were not great only 17 channels worked, most of which were not in English. I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton, it was in a great location for everything I was looking for. The bed was comfortable the housekeeping staff did a very good job keeping the room clean. I would stay here again.

For the price and the name i associated a lot more, but then that may be because i am used to the superlative service and value in Dubai Hotels. i mean not even a music channel???? not that i needed it but i was very surprised to see guests struggling with luggage trying to get to the elevators. no one explained the services when i checked in.

Very convenient to major attractions and the underground. No pool. The hotel is centrally located with access to Paddington station from within the hotel. Everything was good at the hotel. They even accommodated us with a roll-away bed for my child at no extra charge. The concierge was very friendly and helped us get to the places efficiently. We were able to borrow an umbrella when we needed to (a nice gesture especially in London. The only negative is that there was no pool and I expected it in a 4 star hotel (especially a Hilton).

Main attraction is the location, especially if using Heathrow airport. Otherwise very average. My de-luxe double I would rate as average standard level. Poor value for the money I paid.

It was modern and clean and most of the staff were very helpful. Room service menu was poor and expensive and housekeeping requests were not met. Centrally located and very busy hotel across from Paddington station. The cot requested was not delivered but the desk staff were very polite and helpful.

Very convenient for express train to and from Heathrow. Very loud construction going on near our room. This hotel has very nice up-scale rooms and lobby. Located adjacent to Paddington train station , gives easy access to express train to Heathrow and other locations. Seemed to have many staff in training relying on only a couple of experienced people to do most of the work. Because of quality of rooms and location, I would probably stay there again.

This property was newly renovated. Beds were nice, bathrooms were very clean, and room was nicely decorated. The first day of my stay was a hot day, and the a/c did not work that day. However, it was fixed and worked the remaining days. Very nice property. Small room, but very nice bed, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, and very clean bathrooms (which is a very important item to me). This property is also very conveniently located / connected to Paddington Station which is very convenient, and has a nice variety of shops, cafe's and stores nearby. This hotel scores an A- with me. (The minus due to non-functioning AC the first day of my stay, which was also a very hot day, so the AC was needed.).

Close to Paddington station, which makes it 15min to LHR. Only a minor thing - the entrance from Paddington Station was not obvious. Great location and beats Airport hotels by far even though the Heathrow Express makes it almost equally close.

Near public transport. No hair dryer. Easy access to Paddington station, great staff, and beautiful hotel. Extremely overpriced room service.

Assistant manager was very helpful on our arrival. Connected to Heathrow Airport by Heathrow Express, with the Paddington Underground Station across the street from the front entrance to the hotel, this facility could not be more centrally located for ease of access.

Great location, nice rooms, Well run. Room service was far too slow. The Hilton London Paddington is a good hotel in a great location. Attached to Paddington train station it is within 15 minutes of the Heathrow airport via the Heathrow express. The rooms are modern and clean. Staff was for the most part good. Did have trouble regarding a room service order taking forever but this really was the only black mark for the Hilton Paddington.

Very clean and welcoming. We could not go into our room until 3:00. This was very convenient and quiet. An easy connection from Heathrow and very central to our friends in London. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful rooms! wonderful, helpful concierge. Our last wake up call didn't work. Best hotel bed I have ever slept in. We almost didn't want to leave our rooms! The staff was very helpful with recommendations, and the location was great by Paddington Station. The neighborhood of Paddington itself is pretty calm. I encourage anyone traveling to London to stay here. It was much nicer than the first hotel I stayed at in London, which was 4 and a half stars.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Adjacent to Paddington Station. Room was a bit small. The service, quality and location of this hotel was great. Would definitly stay there again.
