I am a business traveler and stay at Hilton every week for 3 nights coz its walking distance from my work place. It's quiet and comfortable and probably great for a leisure trip. But staying here week in and week out you will quickly realize that the hotel needs work on their rooms. Would be nice to have a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. The fitness center is very basic too. Not sure if I should complaint about not having a better tv in the room :). Now the good stuff - the staff is courteous and friendly. The indoor pool is great.

The Downtown London Hilton is very conveniently located should you require close proximity to the downtown area. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. My wife an I really enjoyed the path along the Thames river for running and it is about 1/3 of a mile from the hotel.

Lost reservation, found after My travel agent faxed confirmation? Rooms Small, hotel old outdated. Staff union and couldn't help if it was out of their area? -Not good

Location. The front desk staff was rude and did not say sorry for making us wait a long time.

The bath robe was a nice touch, and the set-up of the room was practical and appealing. There are no exits to the other main streets surrounding the hotel. The hotel was very solid. All of the staff were pleasant. Some managerial staff didn't seem to be as friendly as their staff. Continental breakfast was included, but I would have preferred eggs. Nice choice of body wash and shampoos.

This hotel knows the meaning of service. From the doorperson to check in to room service and houskeeping. Great place to stay... highly recommended.

Location to downtown. No public restroom on ground (check in) floor. Hotel was fine for the one night, I needed. I was on the 14th floor with a decent view. The only problem was the 14th had a tons of children running and playing in the halls while the parents were drinking/chatting in the hall. It was very rowdy. They were in London for the week-end for some sporting tournament. The garage was full. So I had to park at an unattended lot across the street for $12.00.

I did not like the room. There was no Fringe and the heater was broken and the room was cold and when I called the front desk they did not do anything. I would not recommend to anyone.

the pool area. The room was outdated. It was alright but the room was not the greatest considering it was the Hilton. We usually have had great rooms at the Hilton.

Beautiful, clean, polite, intelligent staff. Contaminated pool one night. Classy, professional and beautifully decorated.

Clean, friendly, overall great experience. Nothing. Highly recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Remember that because this hotel is located in a large city downtown, parking is not included in the price. Parking is available for a small fee.

It is located in the heart of the city. It is accessible to to everything. Parking was an extra.

Nice hotel, good location. Expensive to park, no continental breakfast. Nice hotel, would recommend to others.

Room style. Food was poor and no air conditioner. Lovely hotel but food needs improvement and air needs new.

It was very quiet and seemed private, like you were the only ones there. Being a first time visitor to this hotel it was very nice, everything I expected from the Hilton name, would definetly stay there again if travelling in that area.

Clean and friendly. Noisy, alarm awaked us at 6:00am, and swimming pool no supervised. Overall, I am disappointed with this hotel, other rooms' air conditioning or something is very noisy in every other 5 minutes. Room alarm waked us up at 6:00 am. No good.

The beds & pillows were fantastic. The room was small & the coffee & condiments weren't filled as needed. The beds & pillows would be what I would return for. After all, a night's sleep is what I really pay for. The parking is a bit inconvenient, the rooms are efficient, but not anything special.

The comfort of the bed! The layout of the room and the recreational facilities. What's not to like? Check in was quick. My request for a king sized bed in the room was easily met. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned in a timely manner and I fully enjoyed my stay. I would stay again. The pool and roof top terrace was wonderful.
