The Hilton Corporate Office needs to evaluate this particular hotel. Hopefully, it's just this location that offers motel-quality rooms and services at a non-motel price. The air in the room was stale during my stay. It felt like I was breathing re-circulating air on an airplane. There was no way to pull in fresh air. You either had the a/c on or the heat...ridiculous. Furthermore, I had to pay for everything. A lot of hotels will offer a flat rate for internet access but the Hilton will charge you $4.95/HOUR or $9.95 for EACH DAY. When using their business center, BEWARE! Printouts from the computer are $1.99/page and internet usage after 15 minutes is billed at $0.49/MINUTE. Upon entering my room, I found a bottle of water sitting on the table. I reached for it but stopped myself when I saw that there was a tag hung on it indicating that a $5.00 charge would be assessed to my room "...if consumed". There is a great deal that this hotel must do to maintain its reputation. I felt cheated and will never pay so much for so little. I couldn't wait to leave the Hilton. I will NEVER go back, even if it were free.

Worked well for business meetings. Staff was efficient and courteous. Particularly enjoyed the Starbucks just off the lobby.

The Hilton North Raleigh is a great hotel. The rooms are very large, the bedding and furniture are updated and look pretty new. IIts in a convenient location, close to the freeway and easy to find. My only complaint would be the Internet access. First, you have to pay for internet access which I think at this day in age should be standard. I paid the internet fee but spent two hours trying to get connected. The wireless is pretty weak and after trying a number of ways to get connected, including calling Tech Support 4 times, I gave up and went downstairs and requested they cancel the Internet fee. They did remove it from my bill, however I didn't receive much concern or apology from the Front Desk. Luckily, there is a cafe downstairs that makes Starbucks drinks, so that made up for the internet issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel, it was a very nice stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and I really loved the way it was set up. Beautiful bathroom and rooms. This might be the spot we visit for all our anniversaries and more. It is a great place to stay and just lounge around. The view is very beautiful, the bed is very nice and comfortable. I really love the way the room is set up, the sinks very deep and nice, the lighting was very plentiful. It has all the items you needed. It was a home away from home. There were plenty places to shop and eat. The room was much larger than most with a desk and table and a comfortable couch and chair. The bathroom was gorgeous with the beautiful marble countertop, plenty space for hanging up items, and I loved the fact that you had an ironing board and iron, blow dryer, and hangers.

Amazing staff. Power outage. Our room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The staff was extremely friendly! During our visit, we experienced a power outage for several hours. The staff of this hotel immediately went into action providing guest with information and things such as water and glow sticks. Staff members also walked with us up the stairs (we were on the 5th floor) and made sure we each made it safely to our rooms, in the dark. Although I rated my stay a 5, this was simply due to the power outage. Other than that, this was an outstanding hotel that I would visit again.

Kudos to the Hilton in Raleigh, NC. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The transport service to the airport worked out well. The rooms were clean and comfortable - and spacious enough for my needs. The Starbucks Coffee-breakfast area was a nice surprise and a welcome treat for early morning departures from the hotel. I also was able to use the business center. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

I was not given the room that I requested (king). I tried to get a king room when checking-in, it was not given to me. The check-in person first said that she only had double rooms, and when I insisted, she rearranged and gave me a queen room but wheelchair accessible (which I did not need), and the bathroom smelled like a hospital.

The Hilton North Raleigh is a terrible place to stay. The management there is terrible. The staff knows more than the managers and they make more money than them. The staff was very courteous with directing me to management, but the management couldn't resolve the issues I had. They are a disgrace and rude. This is not a real hilton.

The mattress and pillows were devine, I slept better than at home! I gym was awesome! The indoor pool was not heated! And there was no exaust fan in the bathrooms! Good parking, clean, new, stylish corridors. The entire hotel smelled clean. Rooms weren't any larger than anywhere else I've stayed, but better quality all the way. There were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms which was a major problem getting ready in the morning with 5 people in the room. Pool area was clean, safe, and well organized, but not heated. The gym looked brand new, spacious, and just plain awesome. The gym really added to our realization on the vacation.

Comfortable bed, and friendly service. The air conditioner blew cold air on me when I sat at the desk. The unit ran 100% of the time and I could not turn it off. This is a lovely hotel with a comfortable bed and friendly service.

The room was great. The breakfast menu was overpriced for the amount and kind of food. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and having the Starbucks in the hotel was downright awesome. Most hotel coffee is too weak. The location was great. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Its location was within short driving distance to many services. My room was not serviced after request was made. Very comfortable, good room amenities, good overall location with car. Not in a very walkable area because of large three lane boulevard.

The rooms and public spaces were nice. Parking was like being in East Egypt. Very far. I passed an elderly guest on my way out that was taking a break as she put it under a tree.
