The hotel staff was great! Easy access off the road and airport. Bad to get to NYC though. The train from the airprot to NYC is $15 each way. Or you can trasfer at newark penn station ro save 5 bucks. Basically its an awesome hotel for airport or other locations but horrible for nyc access. That's if your travelling on a buget. 30 bucks roundtrip was too much, train stops running between 2 and 4 am so if your a night animal; Be careful. Other than that, amenities were awesome, had the room right next to the elevator shaft and it was super silent! A rare find. Bathroom was immaculate with granite counter tops. The Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby was super convenient too. Great to get a latte and run.

Great location to La Guardia airport! Friendly staff. Bathroom smelled of mildew. In desperate need of renovating.

Very handy for Newark airport, the free hotel shuttle service is really useful.

We stayed just one night, arriving late and leaving early between flights at Newark so we basically just checked in and slept there. But, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The foyer, bar, and public areas were attractive and clean. The shuttles to and from the airport run every 20 minutes, and it was ~10 minutes travel time to the airport without traffic, so you just have to figure that in to your plans. The drivers were nice, and the shuttle was on time went we went to take it at 7am. Smallish bathroom, but nice. Comfy bed. If we have similar travel flight arrangements and have to sleep in Newark, we would stay here again even though it wasn't the least expensive option.

Our family stayed here on a recent trip to NYC. The hotel is right across from the airport, but is extremly quiet! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and very comfortable. We had reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds, and we were given 2 rooms with 1 king, however, we promptly received 2 roll-a-way beds and complementary breakfast buffet for the next morning. (which is excellent, by the way!)The free shuttle takes you to and from the airport, where you can catch a train into NYC.

I stayed here during a super quick trip to NYC because it was much less expensive than Manhattan hotels. I didn't know it was going to take so long and be such a pain to get to and from the hotel. Since it was at the airport, there was no way other than Cab to get to Penn Station to get onto the PATH train. I ended up taking the hotel shuttle back to the airport and then taking a $2 bus to Penn Station and then $1.75 Path Train ride into Manhattan. In the future I will try to find something within subway lines. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. I didn't hear the planes at all and I was on the 10th floor. They were also very helpful in helping me change my reservations to one bed instead of two like I had booked. My room was also upgraded for free, just because I asked. I would recommend to anyone flying into Newark in a heartbeat.

Room was fine but was not quite up to Hilton standards. The air conditioner did not work but fortunately it was cool enough that it didn't matter. The staff was nice. You have to pay 8.00 for parking which is disaapointing to say the least.

The hotel is decent, most suitable for business travelers, situated right by the airport. The rooms were clean and service was good. However, because the hotel is situated by the airport, there is really nothing much besides it except for more hotels. Depending on how you look at it, the hotel is convenient (if you want to be by the airport) or inconvenient (if you were looking for somewhere with more shops and restaurants). On a side note, there is only one restaurant in the hotel so if you don't like it, you are stuck with it. But as a place to stay for business, the hotel is decent for its price.

Hotel shuttle to/from the airport. The hotel shuttle service for this airport property was efficient. A nice touch and the free ride to the airport and then a local outlet mall had a shuttle service for a minimal fee.

The hotel staff was warm and friendly, the room was nicely appointed, very comfy beds and pillows...extra soft towels! The fitness area and pool were lovely and very clean. A great experience!

This was a decent hotel. Nothing like other Hilton's I have stayed at (more like a Holiday Inn). Decent rooms. Housekeeping was annoying and did not clean up like they should be overall not bad.

I just hoped that it had a refridgerator. That would have came in handy, but we did have a cooler.

Nice place, a little pricey. Roads to get to the hotel could be confusing.

We used as a base for NYC trip. Rooms were great and clean. Very comfy beds. Restaurant was expensive as noted in other reviews so we chose not to eat there. Shuttles ran every 1/2 hour as noted-ask when they leave to plan departure-and were on time. We would definitely use again.

Our stay at the Hilton was pretty great -- the beds were enormous, and the room had ALMOST anything you could ask for. What struck me as kind of strange was that they had an iron and ironing board, blowdryer, fridge -- but no toothbrush/toothpaste?? Luckily we'd brought our own. That's my one complaint, though. Everything else was impeccable.

Comfortable beds, convenient to airport, shuttle. Nothing around this hotel, example: restaurants, shopping, and internet expensive. Hotel room was pleasant with comfortable bed. Front desk agent upgraded me to nicer room when I asked. Room was quiet.

The hotel was great but I was bummed after arriving hungry and only being able to eat at the restaurant. The service was a little poopy at the restaurant and the food wasn't good at all.Other than that it works!

The staff was very helpful and friendly from the shuttle driver to the check in. The room was pretty spacious and very quiet. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes to/from the airport and they drop you right at your terminal. I enjoyed staying there, in the extra room and the quiet, after a weekend trip to Manhattan. One criticism: I was a bit miffed not by the prices of room service but the add-on delivery charge of $3.50 to bring me overpriced food.
