Great location, great service, attractive. Nothing. Good professional hotel. Check in was a breeze with the kiosk and helpful hotel employee. They checked me in early which was helpful.

First trip to NY and very impressed with the accomodations. Deluxe rooms were pricey however newly renovated with modern furniture. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms modernly furnished as well. Check-in times were firm and front counter usually busy at that time (self check-in kiosks did not work). A room in the lobby area was available for luggage storage if you arrive early and sometimes required a fee per piece of luggage. Close to many attractions (Top of the Rock, Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, Museum of Modern Art). Near numerous reasonably priced deli's that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Comfortable (and safe) walking distance to Times Square, several broadway theaters, and subway stops. Hotel restuarant too pricey...many other options within walking distance!

We were a little apprehensive regarding the reviews we had read on line but..... we had a GREAT experience. The hotel was VERY conviently located near EVERYTHING! We had our kids ages 16 & 11 and they loved it. If I had to say or find anything the only issue I could see was that it had not been vacummed around the edges of the carpet around the room as there were lots of dust bunnies on the edges but everything else was clean and the beds were comfy. The maid forgot to leave enough towels one day but the supervsior was down the hall and brought some right away to our room. EXCELLENT location and a great stay for our vacation! Would definlty stay here again!

You cannot beat this location. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Check in was easy. They held our bags on our checkout day until we left for the airport. Name anything you want, and its accessible within 5 minutes of this motel.

lots of noise late night on the 24th floor causing us to be unable to sleep for hours. We did hear some hotel employee attempt to quiet down noise both on the floor itself and by knocking on the door of the offender. Have stayed at this Hilton before and have found it to be pleasant but not on this trip.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) loved this hotel! We had plenty of space and the bathroom was clean and spacious by NY standards-exceptionally good shower! Even though the hotel was booked solid the staff was always courteous and helpful, but one of the concierges gave us wrong information on the first day-we went looking for info on our own after that. Our only negative was the extreme slowness of the elevators, but we attributed that to one of them being out of service (annoying that it couldn't have been taken care of) and the rudeness of fellow guests who insisted on riding "up" even when they really wanted to get down to the lobby. We were close to everything and had a spectacular view from our 32nd floor corner room. We would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in NYC on several occasions and I've always wanted to stay at this Hilton. I have to say for the most part I was not disappointed. We were in town for a show at Radio City Music Hall and this hotel is just down from it. We loved the room even though it was a bit small but we had a great view. We paid extra to include breakfast which was wonderful. What a huge choice of breakfast foods, they even had several choices for their Japanese guests. Our disappointment was in the lounge.

The hotel staff was friendly, although the concierge desk, while helpful, was not OVERLY helpful in offering opinions that might have helped us make better decisions. The restaurants served excellent food, but the breakfast buffet was (IMO) a bit pricey for what was offered. The room we stayed in was fairly small, but when we called the front desk for an issue with the television remote for my daughter, they immediately attended to us. We were VERY happy with that, even though we did not stay in the room much at all. It was wonderfully clean and fresh; no scents of any kind. It was one of the few places we could find in NYC for the 4th of July holiday sales that offered rooms for two guests with two beds in the room. The location, for our point of view, was fantastic. It was within walking distance of one end of Central Park, not far from the theater district ... we loved where it was.

My wife and I had not been to New York since we were younger. The Hotel was extremely nice and the location was perfect. It is centered between all the things you want to see and do in New York. We had a great time seeing New York and will return to the Hitlton again.

I was in the city to do some local sightseeng. It was my nephew's first trip to NYC and he was so excited. I couldn't have asked for a better location. We were right in the middle of everything! I have 2 complaints about the hotel. The first was the front desk clerk upon check in. I work in the hospitality field so I know how annoying a busy time can be, however, customer service is key. The only greeting I received was "next" when calling me from the line. She offered no hello, no hotel information, nothing. As a matter of fact, when she handed me my key cards (and a single key that I have no idea what it was for) I had to ask her where the room was located and where the elevators were. Had it been my first NYC experience, I would've believed the stereo type of rude New Yorkers. I would've settle for "enjoy your stay", but nothing. After settling in the room, I went to use the bathroom before heading out and could visibly see quite a bit of hair on the tub and shower wall...gross!! I also noticed near the desk that there were muffin or some type of pastry crumbs on the floor. Considering it was a Hilton I was quite disappointed/disgusted with those 2 issues. However, the doormen were very nice and had no problem with giving directions or answering questions.

Good location. Room & bath too small. Fine but nothing special in amenities, lobby, or rooms. Seen one chain, you've seen them all.

Perfect location to 5th ave shopping, theaters, dining, everything is within walking distance. we had a king suite on the 42nd floor, and were so happy with the room size! much larger than we expected!!!!! very very comfortable! complimentary breakfast and afternoon snacks were a plus.......did not eat at the hotel restaurants, because there are soooo many other places to go, why just eat at your hotel!?? Very clean, fairly quiet (42nd floor helped!) staff was awesome, concierge was very helpful, and patient and made several reservations for us at restaurants... excellent managing of the crazy taxi and limo's at the entryway! staff was on top of it all.
