Stayed here on New Years Eve to celebrate with friends downtown in the New Orleans, Jackson Square celebration. Great location next to the airport and easy access to the highway. Left early, of course, to get my favorite table at Cafe' Dumonde, but was downtown in 20 minutes. Plenty of long term or short term parking, rides to the airport terminal, if you want. Full breakfast was great and much needed after the long night of celebration. Staff was great, curtious, and quick to meet any need I had. Turn down service was right on time! The area was very secure inside and out. I felt safe and had no worries leaving my vehicle. Had some slight problems on check in but staff dashed to the rescue and took care of it. Great job!

Was in town for Jazzfest. Hotel is located right across the street from airport, but we never heard any planes. Great location, available on-demand shuttle service, and good buffet breakfast.

We came in late, slept and left in the morning. It was literally across the street from the airport and easy to get to the highway. It was about 20 minutes from the French Quater. Perfect to stay in if you have an early flight or a late arrival before a big drive the next day.

Very nice, offered good amenities and very comfortable. Can't think of anything. My stay was great! Staff was friendly and helpful, my room was very nice and comfortable, and I have no complaints! I would stay there again any time.

The room was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. The handicap parking could be closer to the entrance. My only complaint is I did not get my receipt.Did not remember until I was on my way home.

Attractive lobby, comfortable bed, easy access to airport, great hotel for the price we were able to get Would have been nice to have internet included as an amenity The exterior of the hotel may seem a little questionable as it is located directly across from MSY airport in the midst of gas stations and rental car facilities. However, once inside, the hotel lobby is what you expect most downtown Hiltons to be. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated and our king bed was comfortable and provided much needed sleep after a string of many late nights in the French Quarter!

The cleanliness, the friendly staff, comfortable andquiet rooms. I was originally greeted by friendly staff while checking in. The time there was spent in a very warm and relaxing environment. It made me wish I was not on a business trip, so I could experience more time there with my family. If I am ever in the area again, I will surely stay there.

Hilton at Airline Drive in Kenner (New Orleans) is very well located for people who need to catch a flight or quickly reach a place to stay after their flight travel. Room was spacious enough, though no balcony. In the bathroom I found a special magnifying mirror that allow you to take a closer look at your moustache or face in general!! Rest were as usual - did not get a chance to go to the fitness center, though there was one. People at the reception were very helpful to tell me certain directions and about the city safety etc.

The check in and out as professional and friendly. The weather was hot, I am happy to say my room as cool and comfortable. Always returning to a cool freshly cleaned room with the best of linen. Computers always availible in the business center. I could recommend this hotel knowiing all would be pleased and in a pleasant environment with friendly professional staff. Easy access to the freeway, only minutes to New Orleans.

My past experience with Hilton has been nothing short of excellent. The very name, Hilton, always spelled luxury, but that certainly wasn't the case this time. The room was so small; we barely had space to move around. The phones didn't work properly; in fact, the phone on the night stand between the beds wasn't even hooked up, and the other phone on the desk broke up so bad I couldn't even understand the person at the front desk. There was NO security in the parking lot, and in a town like New Orleans, where there is such a high crime rate, security should be paramount! When I questioned the clerk about stollen cars at their hotel, she said, we have cars stollen, but it's not an every day occurance. She spoke with a very indignant tone in her voice. When I stepped into the shower the following morning, I found there was no shampoo and I had to get back out and contact the front desk again. After about a 15 minute wait, the shampoo was finally delivered to our room. When trying to make it to an early morning flight across the street, that experience was quite stressful, to say the least. I do lots of traveling and my experience in the past has always been excellent with Hilton. When comparing this particular hotel in Kenner to other Hiltons I?ve stayed at in the past, this one didn't even come close. The room we stayed at in Kenner wasn't worth any more than $65.00 a night, therefore, I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I don't mind spending more money for a room, but when I do, I certainly expect the best in accommodations.

It was convenient to where we were going to meetings. It was hard to negotiate getting into parking lot do to high traffic in airport area. The king bed was uncomfortable for my wife and she did not sleep well in it. Being so close to the airport it was a little noisy. Also it was prom weekend which also added to the noise level in the hallway outside our room. This kept us awake for several hours. However it was convenient to the meetings we were attending so we will probably stay there again next year if the prom is not being held there.
