Clean, great views. Construction started early. Definitely a sleeper, situated next to the lake with great views.

First, we get into the room and the balcony is so small I don't even think it counts as a balcony. Also, I booked a suite and what I ended up getting was a room with two double beds with no fridge or sitting area like I was supposed to have. I didn't get a new room and i didn't get a rate adjustment. The walls are so thin! We were not being loud, simply having a conversation and recieved noise complaints in which the staff said they were going to call the cops which is not at all necessary! We were not doing anything illegal. We decided to leave and go somewhere as to not disturb anybody. When we came back, we all went to bed and one of us went in the bathroom to take a shower. We then recieved another noise complaint when we weren't even speaking! I explained this to the staff, and they were still nothing but rude. In the morning housekeeping came and was rude when we said no thank you. The parking is horrendous! There was only one spot left which was too small for a truck to get into. I would never stay here again! Its only nice on the outside. The rooms and staff are horriblel.

My family booked a number of rooms along with coordinating a breakfast party and small dinner party for my in-laws 50th wedding celebration over Columbus Day weekend. The Hilton was beyond fabulous. The breakfast buffet met the very high expectations of our uncle (who used to run a restaurant) and the hotel personnel were very helpful with the planning of the dinner party. We had a total of five rooms and for ten family members - every one of us were pleased with the rooms and the hotel itself. Big, fluffy down comforters and pillows! Big thirsty towels in the bathroom (LOVE the Evelyn Crabtree lotions!!) and by far the BEST in room coffee I have ever had in my life! When planning this function we looked at other area hotels and were surprised that the rooms were more affordable at The Hilton than a Comfort Inn down the road. We loved our stay and plan on staying here again!

Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. There is jet ski rental located right next to the hotel on the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us. They shared their opinions on where to dine and also gave us some coupons to the restaurants located at the Kemah Boardwalk. The exterior of the hotel is still being renovated. The room was nice for what we paid but did not have a refrigerator, which would have been real nice. The walls are also pretty thin and if you wanted to, you could listen to you neighbors conversation. The hotel is in a great location and is a great place to stay for the weekend.

All staff personel were very friendly. The pool was simple and small. We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was all very nice, and treated us with great care. The check-in was quick and easy, and added an extra touch when the staff gave us some discounts to a nearby restaurant. Great service.

Staff is very nice and welcoming. Rooms are dirty and poorly taken care of. My room had a foul odor (urine). 2 non-working electrical outlets. Needs new door hardware for safety. Walls are paper thin.

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful at all times. Room was very good, but AC was stuck on. However, when front desk was notified of this problem, they fixed it right away. I was visiting family and so did not get a chance to use the cafe or eat breakfast there, though I did see from the menu that their prices seemed a bit steep. Overall, it was a very nice hotel and a great stay. Would definitely stay there again with no hesitation.

I booked online via Orbitz and got a great price. At that price we had a room with 2 double beds. After one night of trying to sleep together, and finding it not very restful, we slept separately the 2nd night. Hotel facilities were in great condition. Appreciated the chilled pitchers of lemon water in the lobby.

My family and I had a great weekend and the hotel was very nice and comfortable. But the scary thing we went through was when the alarm came on at 7 in the morning and the intercom came on telling all of us to evacuate the building because there was a fire in the area. So we got up quick and grabbed our 2 sons and left the room. When we were walking down the stairs we smelled the smoke but we didnt know where it was coming from. We were staying at the 5th floor and later the person that was in the front of the lobby told us that the smoke was coming from the 2nd floor. I think it was the AC that blew out... IT was the scariest thing that ever happen to us, but i wouldnt want to stay there again. Later before leaving the hotel a person told me that this has happen twice in 1 day. yikes....

The Hilton Houston NASA Clear lake is decieving, the inside has been completely redone but looks tired on the outside. It sits right on the water, and has a friendly staff and good food choices. You are likely to NASA Astronauts from past missions at the table next you, which is exciting to see. If you have business or pleasure that takes you to the Kennedy Space Center, its location is hard to beat.

The Hilton Nasa Clear Lake Hotel overall was an A-1 Hotel. They were very courteous when my grandchildren and i arrived. They put us in the penthouse overlooking the Bay, which the grandkids loved. The room was very spacious and clean. We went to Kemah and it was just a very short trip. I'm looking forward to going back and when I do I plan on staying at the Hilton.

Recently remodeled inside, staff was friendly. Rooms need better sound proofing. Except for nosy room, which we were located on the road side of the hotel looking over the lake, the view was nice over looking Clear Lake and off into Galveston Bay. Recently remodeled due to damage from hurricane Ike, lovely lobby and rooms are well decorated.
