The location. Directly across from aquarium. No king bed available. Pleasant hotel. Perfect location across from the aquarium. It is also close to boxwoods casino.

I loved my stay at the Hilton Mystic. The beds were awesome! none of us wanted to get out of the bed it was so comfortable. The room was very clean and plenty of room for us. It is right across the street from the aquarium and shopping. It was only a short drive to the Mystic Seaport and downtown Mystic. I especially noted that there was no noise in the morning when other guests were leaving,no banging doors.

This hotel was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was friendly yet the housekeeping person I spoke with did not understand me very well. The room was on the lower level and was very noisey. Alot of doors slamming on the rooms.

Pool area had plenty of seating. No gift shop and poor selection of drinks in machines.

We checked in over a busy holiday weekend and they were extremely accomodating. Excellent beds and linen. Great cable. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly service by entire staff. Above average rooms & very clean. Nice bar/lounge with Fireplace. The location was very convenient - right across the way from the Mystic Aquarium & small local shops.

We asked for an upgrade over the phone and they put a note and gave us the upgrade without reminding them! Our overall experience was great!

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. No problem for checking in and out (even at 2 AM). The hotel is closed to a shop/restaurant area and in front of the Mystic aquarium, easy to find and less than 5 min from I95 and downtown Mystic. It's quiet but if you have noisy neighboors you will hear everything as the walls are paper thin. We were really surprise by the cleanliness. At 4 PM the room was still not done, 2 days in a row. After complaining on the second day we thought that the problem was fixed but the next day the room was not done at 8 PM!! Of course it was too late to have it done. As a compensation, they only offered us fresh towels! Finally, we took a picture of the dust in the room (we were able able to write dirty in it!!). One good point is the bed, we loved it. It was really confortable and you will fall asleep as soon as you're on it! The quilt was not really protected and had a nice dirty color. Beurk. What a pity! If you only consider the location this hotel is good but if you want to have a good quality room look somewhere else!

Our room wasn't cleaned. I was to tired to complain at 10:30pm. The next morning I went to front desk to let them know what happened. The girl response was So what do you want from us. I told her nothing and stated I just wanted to let her know of the situation. House Keeper was at my room 2 hours after that. I explained my situation and was told she was sorry it was her day off. So if you want a clean room check and see if house keeping is off that day. Exercise room very small. Nice machines, but weights only for men, No smaller weights for women. Pool so shallow. You could not swim and it was packed with kids and this is at 9pm. There was one porter medium height with glasses(too bad I didn't get his name) Very nice helped us and showed us around the hotel.

The staff was friendly. The location is great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Asmall continental breakfast provided with the stay would have been nice. From the minute we enter the staff was very gracious. They paid a lot of attention to my 6 year old grandson which made him feel special.I liked that.

Hallway were a bit noisy and sound carried into rooms in rooms over looking lobby. The rooms we very clean and facilities very new and clean. The staff at breakfast was friendly and attentive. The food at breakfast buffet was fair but good. Only negative was hallway noise in rooms that were in front near lobby. Too many scramming kids and adults. Get room away from the main hallway.

Comfortable bed nice accomodations nice common areas. Parking in the back would be an issue if I were alone. Back lot far as no entry from back. The hotel was pleasant. The staff gracious and knowlegable and the beds were exceptionally comfortable which was welcome after a few hours of travel. I appreciated the coffee maker with a name brand coffee.

Room was attractive, beds were comfortable. Cooling unit turns on and off as temperature varies. This is a nice Hilton very accessible from I90. As it's name denotes, right near the Aquarium and also the Mystic Seaport and downtown Mystic. The access to the hotel is really only through the front though, which means a lot of walking around from where you might need to park. Also, the cooling unit switches on and off all night and was noisy in doing so, so I didn't sleep all that well even though the bed was comfortable. Our room was on the first floor right off the pool area, and so you may have that pool noise ie kids (which you can't hear when the AC is on). There seemed to be a lot going on there the Friday night we were there a high school prom, pre wedding parties, etc. Which translated into parking in back of the building and then walking all the way around to the front.
