There is no better place to stay in Madison if you want to experience the capitol square and Lake Menona the way Frank Lloyd Wright envisioned it. Fabulous

It was an excellent value and exceeded the star rating that past Priceline hotels have been given. The staff was attentive and friendly and did not treat us any differently because we were paying a negotiated rate. The location and amenities were excellent and while the restaurant was too pricey for our budget, it looked and smelled great. We hope to stay here again soon.

Yikes! Do NOT stay at this Hotel! I wish someone had warned me before I wasted my money. They have a major problem with elevator noise. We switched rooms and floors FOUR times before we could get a break from the constant sound. We had to take a small cramped room at the very end of a hall. The rooms by the way are very small besides. Many other guests we spoke with had a similar problem, and got very little sleep. The continental breakfast is very sparse, the staff is very rude and acted like there was no noise problem. Not only that but the pool is only 3 feet deep (the pictures are deceiving) and it is impossible to get in or out unless you are a kid (no steps!) Also, just to warn you, we found curly black hairs in our sheets and on our roll away bed!!!! Very gross. The views of the lake, and hype don't make up for the obvious huge problems with this hotel. They need to repair their elevators and clean their beds if they ever want anyone to return!

Highly recommend this hotel!! Everything was excellent from the room, staff, location, and service. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone! Beds were very comfortable! Room was spacious and bathroom had nice amenities as well. Within walking distance to everything we needed/wanted to do. No complaints whatsoever!!

The rooms were pleasantly appointed and staff fell all over us when we stayed here. They couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I left my camera behind and they not only found it but shipped it to me right away. I can't believe they found it! If I go back, I won't hesitate to stay there again."

The view was breath taking, and the room was very comfortable. The underground parking structure had very narrow parking spaces. I would use valet parking on my next visit. The hotel was in excellent shape, and walking distance to the Wisconsin State Capital Building and State Street. The location was perfect. Our room overlooked Lake Menona and was very quiet. It was quite impressive, especially when you consider the discounted rate that was paid.

Clean, comfortable rooms with a great view. Convenient location. Parking structure was cramped. All convenient spaces were reserved for Madison Club members. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madison. It's right on the square and has excellent dining/entertainment close by. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Location. Lobby and restaurant were nice looking. Herbal tea in room. Coffee Mate instead of (no-refrigerated) 1/2 and 1/2 was tacky. My expectation was of a luxury hotel, and the feel of this Hilton was more of a very nice business hotel. But that's fine.

The staff was friendly, the location was fantastic and the lounge/restaurant has excellent food - view from our room was terrific. The small sundries shop off the lobby met our needs for aspirin but it did not have a lot of inventory. Pleasant staff, comfortable rooms with outstanding views of the Capitol. The Olive Lounge offers delicious snacks along with tasty cocktails in an intimate atmosphere. Attached parking garage is convenient - although an extra charge. But, the location enables you to walk to the water or to the area's many restaurants, bars and shops.
