Although, a refrigerator in the room is very nice to have traveling with children. Other than that, the hotel was very comfortable.

This is a Hilton Hotel. I would have expected it to be nice and well run.The Staff was OK not overly helpful.On Saturday morning we were awakened by the fire alarm at about 5:00a.m. I then went to see what it was all about . It was just a malfunction that took 20 to 30 minuets to turn off. after I was good and awake I went looking for some coffee. The staffmember at the front desk told me that the people that make the coffee hadn't shown up yet.when we leftat 8:00 am to get on with our day there still wasn't any coffee in this so called 3 star hotel. The fire alarm was going off again as we left. Not only is this supposed to be 3 star but a Hilton no less. Needless to say I was not impressed.

stayed 2 nights, one with spouse and one with daughters and granddaughter everything was great had courtyard room with access to outside great for the little one. staff were very helpful. good location. nice decor

I booked a king room for a romantic stay using Hilton's website. They let you preorder things like chocolate dipped strawberries. I thought it would be a nice surprise. Upon arrival, we were given a room with 2 double beds. After getting that fixed, I was told that this location doesn't offer 6 strawberries for 10.00, but I could get 8 and a bottle of wine for 70.00. It was a bait and switch that put a bad taste in my mouth for this location. The MOD did little to improve my mood, and only after speaking with corporate CS was anything offered but an apology.

THe hotel I stayed at was out of the way from the downtown. I didnt have a car and felt stranded. The room was OK. I couldnt walk anywhere and there were no guest in the hotel to speak of.

I love Hiltson Hotels. They are up to date, classy, and comfortable. Lovely to just sit in the lobby and have a cocktail.

Easy check-in and check-out machine. The staff was not as courteous as I was hoping. Good hotel. The staff did not seem to be as friendly and helpful as I would imagine for a 3-star hotel.

Its location near the Convention Center. No microwave, no fridge! The hotel is nice, the food at the restaurant tasted stale and old. Room service took an hour. My room had no microwave or refrigerator.

Very updated and comfortable. I was double billed. Disappointed. The hotel was excellent (great location to War Memorial Stadium). The restaurant and bar were both top shelf.

Fast front desk check in, and clean room. Originally charged twice for the room, but it was corrected. Good hotel, a little off highway, but still easy to get to, helpful staff, and a nice clean room with comfortable beds.
