Staff! Best I've seen - accommodating & friendly. Room was 84 degrees - balcony so tiny no chairs. Check-in was effortless. Room never cooled even when set at 40 - stayed 84 entire time we were there. Hotel advertised a balcony - didn't state is was 12" wide so no chairs so you could sit on it. Room had 1 bath towel & 1 wash cloth. Will stay next door at the Crown next trip.

Recent va-k at hilton was great. Hotel was located with great acess to beach. The angle presented a great view and sun was shining on our room most of day. The one thing that we would like to have was a small frig. we had to buy a cooler to keep h2o and other drinks in.Great restaurents near and blues club was a blast! The room was clean,bed great,but little small. Then we did not spend much time in room. Would go back.

We just came home from here and had to write what a wonderful experience we had here. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff was excellent. House keeping was quick and gave us anything we needed. I cannot Thank the front desk staff enough. Dora and Rachel went above and beyond to help us with eveything we needed. Liz, Sarah and Cheryl all were excellent also. The bell hop was very helpful in finding us things to do in the area. Our house keeper was very helpful in getting us those little extras that we requested. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There was everything on there that you could imagine, and they even made, made to order omelets. I would defenitely stay there again and suggest everyone to stay here. The view of the beach from our balcony was beautiful. The pool area was always kept in tip top shape.

Beautiful beach setting. Pool hours not enforced (loud people out late). This was an exquisite hotel. It was a beautiful beach setting and wonderfully romantic. We went for an anniversary trip and were very pleased with the results. The pool is great, hot tub wonderful, and one of the best beaches we've been to. We also saw two weddings while we were there, which added to the romantic feel.

The hotel was nicely decorated, very welcoming and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every request was handled immediately. We called the main desk because we had a slow tub drain. Within 10 minutes, the maintenance man was at our door! Problem was fixed in minutes. Room service was exceptional -- food was great, service was fabulous. They even called to make sure we were happy with our order and to see if we needed more coffee. We will definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff was very friendly L,D, and Di were the best ,the hotel is very quiet and peaceful til you go out to the pool area and then its a party!!! They are short on pool towels all the time your best bet is to take the towels from your room. The Tiki bar is understaffed but suzanne was rocking it!! The hotel was a wide varity of food but it wasnt that great for the price i paid. the restaurant in my opion is wwwaayyy to expensive!!!

Staff was accommodating even to late hours with our group at pool side. The toilet plugged up for some reason, (not too much toilet paper) but they came up right away and unclogged it. Great place for weekend beach getaway.

Beautiful hotel, nice fitness center, nice breakfast brunch. Hotel was very nice, would recommend. We stayed there after watching an evening shuttle lunch from Kennedy Space Center, was kind of a long drive from the space center. Would have prefered something closer to Kennedy Space Center.

The hotel room was supposed to have a wet bar and mini frdge, it did not! The security latch had stripped screws and did not work our first night there. The pool was freezing our entire stay! The food was expensive and very bland. The view was beautiful and the staff was very friendly but with all the other problems and expense I was not very happy.

Very friendly staff. Outside bar/lounge closed at 9. Great location on the beach and every room has a balcony and appears to have an ocean view. Not all balconies are large enough for outdoor seating.

I'm giving this Hilton 5 stars for accommodations and for value. I booked through Travelocity in advance and got a GREAT rate with an oceanview room. This hotel did not have all of the extra bells and whistles that a 5 star hotel might have, but that wasn't important to us. We were staying in the area for a wedding and wanted classy accommodations for the weekend, but we didn't need any high end extras to keep us busy. The hotel sits right on the beach. We took a nice long stroll on the beach with friends and enjoyed lunch at the poolside bar. The room was superior in cleanliness, and the view was what put us over the top! We slept with the sliding glass door open all night so that we could enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves! We would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again. If you are using this review to make a decision, please keep in mind that you may find more bells and whistles at another hotel for a higher price, but this one is worth every penny if you get a reasonable rate.

There is ongoing construction of a 10 story addition to the hotel that is very Noisy from 7am to 6pm, audible from the room, pool, and ocean. Get a discounted rate or stay elswhere.

Sea turtles laid their eggs on the beach while I slept. The pool was crowded and noisy. Beautifully decorated and extremely conveniently located. I left my sliding doors open and slept to the sound of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was both pretty and clean.

View was wonderful, hotel has a good central location. Need a refrigerator & microwave in rooms and balconies of our building weren't big enough for a chair. The hotel was clean good location. I would have preferred a microwave & refrigerator in our room or a kitchenette. My husband got sick while on vacation & wasn't able to leave the room so it would've been convenient for us to have a microwave & fridge in the room. The balcony in our building was very narrow, no room for a chair. You can only stand, as not enough room to sit. I would've loved to sit on the balcony. Apparently the south tower has ample balcony space for chairs as viewed from our mini balcony. Maybe we'll try the south tower next time.
