I reserved my handicap accessible room with a king size bed in advance. I called and confirmed the same day and they told me everything was as reserved; I wanted to make sure they knew I was arriving after midnight. When I arrived I was told I had a handicap room with 2 full beds NOT a King size. There were NO King size beds left anywhere in the hotel! They tried to blame Orbitz but I showed the print-out confirmation letter that spelled it out. Someone didn't do something right. I am not sure if Hilton really lives up to their fame. The clerk was kind enough offering a free breakfast; but I only wanted a good comfortable bed and not all the frills. They couldn't supply me with the basic request. I am not happy with them. Also their Handicap parking is at a distance from the main entrance and further from the Check-in counter; there is a side entrance with steps. Someone needs to review their ADA compliance better.

Surprising (for NY) extremely helpful staff. No complaints at all. Very pleasantly surprised at this 3 star hotel. I travel a lot and this is much better than most 3 star hotels.

The title says it all. Security was called. Afterwards those people slammed their doors for the next 2 hours to get even. Hotel front desk said they couldn't keep them from roaming through the entire hotel making noise. We left a day early!

Clean room. doors a bit thin as I could hear almost everyone going down the hallway. Choice of firm or soft pillows. Nice looking lobby and pool. Conveniently and centrally located in Long Island near the Nassau/Suffolk County border near a couple of shopping malls and area eateries. Old Bethpage, Amityville close by.

Clean, neat and helpful staff. would definitely stay there again.

I was ETREMEMLY disappointed with my stay at this Hilton. They shower was full of milder, the room was too hot and wouldn't cool down, we had to move furniture to plug in the lamps and alarm clock as the room hadn't been prepared for our stay, and then we were awakened by a DRUNK trying to get into our room at 4:00AM. TERRIBLE STAY

The pool area looked very nice for families. When I arrived, no one was available to help with bags. They said someone would come, but I used the cart myself, and no one ever came. Beds were comfortable. Noisy.

I came from Florida for a HS reunion and the staff was wonderful at getting me all the directions that I needed - they were great - especially a Danielle

In hotel dining was good. Noisy, dark room, and cold pool. Outside of the hotel is very modern looking. Lobby is clean and open. Staff at check-in we're very knowledgeable and friendly. We were given a room with a view overlooking the lobby, making the room very dark and stuffy. No cooling in the room (states heat in winter cooling in summer only). Since we were unable to open the windows, the room air was very stale and hot (uncomfortable sleeping environment.) Our room was first room in the hall from elevators, abutting vending/ice machines, making plenty of noise. On top of that, hallway was very noisy at about 1am to 3am. In the rooms adjacent to ours there were partys going on, yelling in the halls. Staff came upstairs and asked for them to keep there doors closed, but the noise continued. Mix this noise with the warm stuffy room (and a 4month old traveling with us) it made for a not so pleasant night. We also visited the indoor (heated??) pool. It was very cold. We were looking forward to using it since we booked the room weeks prior to the trip but only got in to our toes before turning around. To cold to bring our 4month old into. There was also a kids party going on at the pool so there was lots of people down there. Noticed this again on the day we left, I believe they rent the pool out to parties and for non hotel guests to use. Aside from these experience, I would still only rate the room at 2.5 stars max. Bathroom was newer but shower was on the dark side (poor lighting), older TV, headboard in our room was damaged (just unpleasing to look at), and stains on the rug. To top the trip off, apparently balloons (told by staff) from the said above kids birthday party tripped the fire alarm. This blared for about 5 minutes before getting turned off. Aside from the noise factor, we were alarmed by the fact that there was no direction given by hotel staff as to what to do. We quickly exited our room preparing to evacuate the hotel only to find a maid in the hal

The Hotel is very nice and has a very friendly staff. We took the kids for a night out and slept over. Everything was great - Love the pool and restaurant

Pool and health facilities were excellent. TV selection wasok but not impressive. Great place to stay. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are about what you would expect. The real gem for me was the workout room and pool. The only thing that seemed to be lacking for me was choices for television programming.

It was organized, friendly, relaxing, good location, comfortable, clean, pretty rooms, comfy beds. The pool was great and looked pretty but I didn't want to be on view (you could see it from the lobby) in my suite! It was a very relaxing, comfortable stay for me and my mother. We enjoyed the helpful, friendly staff. There was an underlying organization that made everything run smoothly. I would stay in this hotel again if I ever was going to be in the area.

Good location, nice that the gym was open 24-hours. Room was way too hot and I could not adjust the temperature, and they wanted to charge for Internet access. Room was way too hot and I could not adjust the temperature -- so could not sleep, making my experience not-so-good. They wanted to charge for Internet access, a big negative. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well-appointed.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff and pleasant rooms. We could hear the folks in the room next to us. Awakened at 3 am. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Checking in was an effecient process with friendly staff. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Attractive lobby and indoor pool. Room was no better than a less expensive hotel. The hotel was nice and comfortable, but not worth the extra money.

The staff, hotel and restaurant, was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself was what you would expect from a Hilton: spacious room, scenic lobby with swimming pool overlook and an indoor waterfall, food was excellent and convenient on a cold day. However, the staff at the hotel and restaurant was what made our stay. They were terrific.

The rooms were lovely, beds werevery comfortable. Nothing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needed to stay in this area, close to the LIE for traveling, workers were very pleasant and the rooms were very bright and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. I didn't like having to pay over $10 per day for internet access from my room. This hotel was a good value.

Very friendly staff. Didn't have a key to use and internet stunk. Maybe it was just a weird day, but the keycard system didn't work, which meant that I was isolated to my room unless I wanted to get a bell-hop to escort me to my room. The internet was very slow, but they charges almost $11 for it. Aside from that, the room was terrific and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very responsive and friendly staff. Heat was partly stuck on; room too warm. Great place for family stays or business travel. Not ultra in facilities and amenities, but it doesn't pretend to be and is otherwisevery good.
