We enjoyed our room which was spacious and had a nice view overlooking the San Pedro bridge and harbor area. We enjoy walking to shops and restaurants, so the only disadvantage that we found was that there is not a lot within walking distance of this hotel.

The hotel sits in the best location of downtown long beach. The hotel is high-end from the lobby to the room, and you share the lot with the world trade center, excellent gym and pool. I will stay here again in the summer.

Having been a frequent guest at the Long Beach Hilton in the 90's and through 2002, I decided to stay their for a two day business trip to the Long Beach Hilton. The lobby area is open and inviting and the desk staff was reasonably adequate. Initially the room was fine but when I went to turn off the air conditioner - heater it would not simply stop. It continued to hum in any position even though it indicated off. I am a light sleeper and for two nights I found the sound annoying and did not enjoy the full nights sleep I had expected. In addition, on the second morning I found that the housekeeping staff had not provided the coffee pod for the coffee machine. Maybe it was just that visit and perhaps I should have complained on both counts. However, despite the real convenience of the location and its parking arrangements, I don't plan to stay there again. I have found that small things are often indicative of how well a facilty is managed.

The hotel room was very comfortable and nice, I like the desk area. The location was very good, restaurant were very close.

Clean, spacious, welcoming, and friendly. The cleaning crew forgot to clean the coffee pot. When I went to use it in the am, both cups were dirty with no coffee or creamer. I got it from the staff in the later am. Otherwise, very happy with the hotel and staff extremely pleasant.

The rooms were outstanding, but it seems I was in the middle of a dog show in town at the time. Luckly for me, the room was very quiet

Great quite/clean room. Was a little far to walk to restaurants. The hotel was pretty awesome. They upgraded me to a Jr. suite upon arrival. The room was huge and had a balcony. Paid $55 for the night. The location is good if you are in for a little walk. It is next to a whole bunch of restaurants but it is a little walk to get to them. We stayed here because we were headed on a cruise the next day.

The beds were amazing as was the room service. Absolutely nothing. We had a very nice stay at this hotel and actually was surprised it was only a 3 1/2 star. It should be at least a 4 star. The beds were so comfortable, everything was clean, well decorated and the hotel was quiet. We were able to enjoy the wireless internet which helped with our work load at night. We'd stay here again when in the area.

Friendly, very clean. No where on the web did it mention a fee for parking. Everything was very nice and the staff was great, the only thing thatI had a problem with was that no where on the web when booking was it stated that there would be a fee for parking, it was not very pleasant to get a bill at check out.

Well we got to the room andI noticed a wall right out the window soI called front desk then had us moved to a room with a better view. Service 4*. My adventure was great! Clean, nice, people friendly and the right price for my trip totally relaxing.Beds best part by far.

Did not infom me that free parking was available if I was willing to walk. I was interested in acquiring additional days at priceline price and they were not at all willing to offer a more competitive price. I was in area staying with a terminal parent and just used hotel for a few hours sleep/day. Shower did not drain - up to ankles in water. Called and left message about it. Never fixed.

This hotel was very clean. Prom night. What a nice clean hotel room! The bathroom sparkled and the shower was a good one. My only reservation was that it was prom night and the promoters next door decided to hold an after hours party in their room. I had to call security even after that there was noise in the room.
