Location was great. Very clean. Quiet.

The room. Being charged for things that should have been complimentary, poor customer service. The rooms were nice, but the customer service left to be desired. The location caused many problems, as it was difficult to get to by car, and very few restaurants would deliver as they were too far. Ordering films was a hassle, as the cable service was spotty. The cost of internet and parking for 4 days was ridiculous.I would not, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent staff. They made an adjustment for us with no problems. The room was clean and ready. For walkers - take the connection to the airport. You can walk a good distance all indoors. Would definitely stay here again.

front desk, valet and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The 24 hour shuttle service was a a great convenience. We were dropped off at the subway, the driver told us the best connections to make for the visit we planned and handed us the 800 number to call when we arrived back. We arrived back after midnight and the shuttle was there within minutes.

We chose this hotel for the night before an early flight. We were expecting an average or below average place. Quite the contrary. Great bed, linens and products - and service was great.

Liked the way it was connected to the airport. First night room was filled with smell of cigarette smoke.

Stayed in July 2008. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The digital TV is also a plus. I always want to stay as long as possible with their good rooms. Having said that, however, their executive lounge is horrible and disgraceful, especially for the gouging rates this "airport" hotel charges. The food for breakfast was never replaced and the two (2) broken down lounge attendants sat there and did nothing. Continental breakfasts at other hotel far surpass the junk offered at the Hilton Logan Airport Executive Lounge. Lounge was crowded with people and children who didn't belong there. Additionally, the computer terminals in the lounge can only read English. Reading Japanese for email, even yahoo.co.jp was impossible. What IT professional doesn't do any network updates, I wonder? Is the employment application for that job in The Boston Globe? And I had to eat breakfast AT the computer! All the tables were not cleaned off or were occupied. We all know this hotel overcharges for rooms when in need coming in to the dreaded Logan Airport, but they do not help the fellow passenger in the least. And with the rates they charge, they have the audacity to charge for parking!!

I stayed here to attend a conference downtown. The location was a little remote, but there was shuttle service to the event through my organization. There is really nothing nearby except the airport, so plan on driving (and praying) or taking a cab (and paying). Hotel parking was right across the street - convenient but expensive. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. I was on a floor that was split, half smoking, half non. The smell was overwhelming when I got off the elevator, but not really noticeable in the room. I had a view of one of the airport terminals. It was so close I could see in the window of the planes, but no noise! I couldn't believe it. The tvs only go up to a certain level, so you won't hear them through the walls. Unfortunately, you can barely hear them from your bed either. Overall this was a nice hotel. Top prices looked scary, but I paid on the lower end of the range and I thought it was fair. Not a destination itself, but fills the niche for a night or two. And, did I mention the extremely comfortable beds? :-)

I stay at airport hotels solely for the ease of making early flight connections, particularly important in Boston because access to Logan Airport is always a hassle. The Boston Hilton fits that bill perfectly. In addition, the rooms are very comfortable, but frankly I expect that given the price. The price doesn't always guarantee good service, but the Hilton really came through for me. My bag had been lost on an international connection, and the bellman took the initiative to provide toothbrush etc. A small thing, maybe, but not small to me given that I'd just completed 18 hours of flying. The hotel also made sure to have a supply of luggage carts for those who wanted to walk with their bags to the terminals.

Close to the airport. Had road construction nearby and nobody - concierge did not know about the road close. Location, excellent shutle service to pick us up at the rental car so as to take us to the airport.

I was not too excited about statying near the airport but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The hotel was VERY nice, modern/updated with a bright/airy lobby, the room must have been recently renovated bc everything was in great shape - nicely painted, great big comfy king bed, flat screen HD TV, and a wonderful view of the city and the harbor. Personnel at check in and at the bell hop were very friendly and helpful. Did not hear one airplane. Only catch is, parking costs extra at */day.

Clean and comfortable nice staff. Printers in lobby didn't work. Internet access expensive.

While the hotel is convenient to the airport, it is very expensive and not overly customer friendly. The TV in our "executive level" room didn't work, the restaurant refused to make a meal "to go" for us, room service took over an hour, and they charged for wireless. The later is a sore point with me. I've stayed in many "lesser quality" hotels that provided 24/7 wireless access in your room at absolutely no charge. It's a bit irritating to pay * for a night then be asked to pay for internet access (just a pet peeve of mine.)

We were put on the executive level with access to the executive lounge. The $32.00 to park per day. It far surpassed our expectations for an airport hotel, not once did we hear any jet engine noise.

The bed was great and the cleaning staff does a good job. The resturant staff were not nice. Other staff were great. The pool was small and the tiles were quite slick. No laundry room. And as writen by another the pool handicap lift does not work.

Being located next to the airport came in handy for two weary overnight travelers. We were able to order room service and rest up in a quiet and peaceful environment for the last leg of our trip the next morning. Thank you.

Provided shuttle to the T station to get into town. Receptionist had no sense of humor! Clearly a business hotel next to the airport. Could not hear any airport noise. Bell captain was very helpful. Business center offer free computer usage to check email.

We used this hotel because we had a very early flight out on the last day of our holiday. It was convenient, quiet and allowed us to get to the airport quickly without any hassle. Nice rooms, friendly service. The only drawback I could find was that the food was expensive and since it's out on it's own, it's the only game in town. But don't hold that against it - it's nice. For different airlines, it's either an easy walk over the overpass or via free shuttle.
