By Hilton standards this hotel is very ordinary. It is a huge hotel (typical of many in Las Vegas) and guests end up doing a heap of walking. It is also easy to get lost within the building. Internet is very expensive in the room and a charge made for the in-room safe which detracts from the usually reasonably room rates.

The room was nice, but certain lights didn't work and we told a cleaning person and she said she would contact maintenance, but they never appeared. There was a large picture missing from the room and the brackets were left in the wall. Temps in the convention area were cold and the rest of the hotel/casino were warm. It was nice to have the monorail so close especially since the "Strip" was a distance away. Too hot to walk that distance. Restaurants were higher priced, but had to use them as there was nothing else that was close enough. It all depends on if a person wants to stay on the strip where the action is or to be in a quiet area.

The room is too old, the bathroom shower was not working and the hotel staff did not change room for us. We have to wait about two and half hour.

We were very impressed with our room, Flat screen tv, Big tub, sitting area, King size bed. All that was wonderful. But their were few downfalls. For a classic room there is no free WiFi. It's 13.99 a day, that adds up very fast. No coffee pot in room, so if you want coffee in your room in the morning your looking at a $20 pot. And the cost of room service food is outragious. So unfortantly we didn't utilize this service, even though we wanted to. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Would possibly stay there again.

Morning of my check out, an in house group was waiting for the buffet line to open.(700AM) I didn't see getting 'in and out' in an hour possible. Next time I'll stay on the strip where I can walk to the another property when lines or long and time is short. Room was near elevator shaft.(#2456) Noisy. I had a great view; however, the curtain was broken and I couldn't open. Bathroom vent fan was broken. No non slip strips in bath tub. I thought the hotel gouged on water. On leaving I had a voucher with Greyline tour.(purchased from Orbiz)The driver seemed annoyed I had not used the first half of voucher when I arrived in Las Vegas.(friends picked me up) I only used the voucher on the trip to the airport upon leaving. Driver said "I DID"T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS". Further, he commented:" IT WAS A PAIN IN THE BUTT". Otherwise, the ride to airport was timely. However, I will not rely on Greyline for transportation again.

The convenience and availability, making enjoyability easy. Some snack shops close to early. The wife and I enjoy it very much, and have decided to do it again next year or in the near future for the price we paid though Priceline for hotel and rent a car you can't beat it for 11 days.

We stayed for 2 nights just a few days ago, and the place is really nice. The room looked recently redone with a flat-screen LCD TV, and king size bed. The drawback for us is that it's not on the Strip which means away from the real hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, but the monorail is right outside the door, and it takes you right to the Strip. However, it does cost $5 each time you ride it, per person. The buffet for dinner was excellent. Would we stay again? Yes, because the place really is nice, but out of the way.

The hotel is all the way in the end of the strip. The good thing is there have monorail station. So you don't need to take bus or cab to go out everyday. the room is clean and comfor. It was a good trip...................

we've been to las vegas many, many times and decided on a far located hotel because of hilton honors member. upon arriving and in line to be checked in for the hilton honors... the regular line ended up being much faster. the room was "non-smoking" room... but it smelled bad!!! the front desk insisted the rooms were all nonsmoking... rooms were old and needed alot of touchups, too dark, the bathroom lighting sometime did not work, but the 4th of july fireworks were great!!!

My wife and I spent 5 days at the Hilton this April for our honeymoon. Just about everything I could say about our stay at the Hilton is positive. Check-in was cake, and received a free upgrade on our room. The room, wow, it was awesome. More space than 2 people could ever need, the pillow-top bed made my wife's entire trip, and the bathroom looked brand-new. The slots are tight, but that's the case with any casino on the strip, especially with the economy in its current condition. Do NOT get bus passes for the Deuce. The walk is lengthy, and takes you through some places that you don't want to be walking through after dark. Spend the extra money and ride the Monorail. You can't beat the fact that it's right there at the Hilton. One negative: If you have to speak to anyone at the bell desk, make sure you speak to the guy with the mustache. The woman who works at that desk during the day is a rude, unfriendly, nasty person. If management had any sense at all she'd be gone. Had the displeasure of speaking to her on 3 different occasions and two different days, and every time was the same. But, this hotel is well worth your money. If you can get a good deal, then don't take chances with other hotels that are known to be iffy.

Enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. Our room was in the Central tower and we had a lovely view of a golf course just across the street. The room was spacious and decorated nicely. I do think that the room service menu was over priced. The restaurants were good, but still over priced. I liked the fact that you could catch the Monorail there and travel to many other casinos, the best bet is to buy the all day pass. Had a great time, will stay there again.

The room was noisy at night probably because of the monorail.

The openess & lighting. Benihanas. 1 room was not ready by 3pm I was able to check in early into 1 room and was thankful for that. The clerk said the 2nd room would be ready soon. I had to check with hotel registration 3 times before the 2nd room was ready at 4:30 pm. Check in time is 3 pm. Other then waiting for the second room everything else was fine.

My reservations were made in advance, when i arrived i got smoking instead of non smoking room which was good for my kids. I express my concerns and i was told by the friendly desk service, that i will get an upgrade and excellent view of the strip for the rest of my stay for no additional cost in the morning. Its true and me and my family enjoyed the excellent services.Customer services were excellent and we enjoyed our stay with some complementary. Poolside and spa were excellent, every one were treated special regardless. I will give the whole VACATION an EXCELLENT!

The hotel was great! A little too "barry Manilow" for me~ ha ha but it was great! The pool is sooo nice and we had a great time. We only stayed one night, but for the price and the pool, we would stay there again! The location is a little crappy, and you don't get a good view of the strip. But for the price, it was worth it!
