The Knoxville airport Hilton was well kept and the staff were pleasant and helpful. what appealed to us was the location since we were flying out very early in the morning.

Nice pool, friendly staff, clean. The airport noise wasn't a factor. But a room with an outside window instead of a view of the inside would have been much better.I would stay here again.

The clearest and simplest way to describe the entire experiance is hassle free. The clearest and simplest way to describe the entire experience is hassle free. When I arrived, I was expected and greeted as such. When I asked for a 5th floor room, I was given one without hesitation. When I couldn't get the air-conditioner on (there was a wall mounted thermostat that I didn't see) maintenance arrived in under 5 minutes, showed me this and did so politely and with no condescension. The pool, restaurant, lobby and all facilities as well as the faculty were all clean, well organized, pleasing to the eye and well prepared for making my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay again and recommend.

Friendly staff, lots of traffic but still seemed comfortable. Several family members stayed - my cost was 20% higher than others in my group. Excellent hotel for business travelers. Parking lot is inconvenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms good. Took me a day to find the closet.

In general I would not hesitate to stay at the Hilton again. The facility was beautiful. I loved the fact that the blanket had one sheet over and one under. I did not have to worry about skin contact with the blanket, which all hotels do not wash after each much too much delay!
