Hotel is in a great location. I had a previous voucher for a complimentary meal from the hotel itself. I tried to book the meal 24 hours ahead of time, and this would still need to be approved by someone. I could not even arrange to have the meal as room service.

It was near the Tube, 2 malls, and a couple of great pubs. I had no complaints. The hotel is well-situated in a nice neighborhood. The Roms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the heating and cooling system worked perfectly, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

we got a great rate at this hotel amd were very pleased with it. We had a great stay and will return in the summer. The only gripe was the parking which was £30 for the night, but I guess that is probably reasonable for London...

The hote was in a nice area but waiting to be checked in was long travelling with a child no consideration for an infant being in flight since the night bofore. The beds were terrible on wheels ? the beds move every time you attempt to sit on it. Overall not satisfied with the accomodation.

The hotel literally stunk. A foul odor pervaded the corridor on my floor and the overall ventilation system seemed overwhelmed. My room was small and airless; the bathroom fixtures were old and worn. An unimpressive hotel by any standard--how it carries the Hilton name is beyond me. The staff are friendly and the location excellent but save your money for somewhere else.

I enjoyed the accommodations. The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. I would recommend the hotel for business travelers wanting a quiet place to rest. I also liked the fact that I was able to exchange money for their local currency.

The resturant will rip you off! The staff at the hotel were very rude.

Great room, requested a refridgerator at check-in, received it three days later! Restaurant overpriced, cafe food was not that great - best to eat away from the hotel. One conciege was very helpful, another was very flippant. I would stay again for the location, and for the hotel to prove to me that it is first rate.

Excellent concierge and comfortable bed. Air conditioning did not work properly. The hotel was located in Central London (Underground Zone 2). The concierge provided us with a local map, public transport information, dining recommendations, directions to shopping venues, etc. Our bed was really comfortable. My husband had a little trouble with headroom in the shower, as he is over 6 feet tall. We had trouble with the air conditioning switching to heat, but other than that, we enjoyed our room.

Although calling itself 'Kensington' it is in fact closer to Sheperds Bush and Notting Hill Gate, but it is a Hilton and probably the most affordable in the Central London range. You get everything you expect from a Hilton - quality accommodation, good service and somewhere that is 'home' to you for as long as you stay

This was a great hotel. The location is ideal as the Holland Park tube station is about a 7 minute walk, and the 94 bus and 148 bus stops are right in front of the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and the room was a decent size. Nice lounge in the hotel as well. Neighborhood is perfect, as it's away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions, but it's still close enough.

We stayed there for 4 days. The hotel is located 3 blocks from the tube station ( Holland Park) . The area is very safe and accesible with the underground. Portobello market on saturdays is a must and is only a short walk. The staff was very polite and accommodating. They allowed us to check in at 9:45 am which was a blessing after an overnight flight!! We kept our passport and documents in the hotel safe and it was no problem to access it anytime. The room was nice and had been recently renovated. The bed was really good and the bathroom , despite a bit smalll, was perfect with a great shower. We didn't have any meals or breakfast in the hotel. There's a kettle , tea/coffee for homemade breakfast which we did buying goodies in the supermarket. The price of breakfast was 15 pounds. There's many restaurants an pubs nearby. We definetely would stay there again!

Food service was excellent. No internet service. Staff kept saying it was being fixed. It never was in 4 days. If you are a business traveler in need of a hotel with business services, stay somewhere else. No internet services, printer down, and no help from staff with problems.

This hotel was very nice, very close to the holland tube stop. The original tour stops every 15 mins outside the hotel and brings you to all the sights. The breakfast was absolutely amazing the biggest, most freshest buffet I have ever had, along with an omelate chef, fresh pastries and bread I could not fault it. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The only small downside was the cost of using the internet which was £3 for 15min which I think is an awful lot. But other than that we got a very good deal from hotelclub and would not hesitiate to recommend this hotel when staying in london as it is convient and comfortable!

We stayed here after a long ship voyage and made the reservations based on the web site. We are members of the HHonors, but when we arrived we were cleary not business travelers and were treated as unwelcome. We asked for but received no upgrades, the room we got was across the hall from rooms under renovation, noise from 8-5. The room had broken tiles on the floor, stains on the carpet, no robes, or washcloths. The light fixtures had to be replaced while we waited to leave on afternoon, 2 hours. Everything had to be requested multiple times. The concierge staff was the worst, sent us to dine in Shepards Bush an area known for crime when they could have directed us to Notting HIll, when we left, with much luggage, they said the door to door Van would not take us with so much luggage. So they said we'd have no choice but to hire a private car for 55 pounds ($110USD) and it would hold us and all of our luggage, fortunately, we scheduled our departure way earlier than we needed, the car that came was a mini 4 seater, then they said that we would need a 2nd car for another 45 pounds ($90USD). We went outside and got a London cab and got all of us and our luggage in it, and got a refund from the hotel.. The door to door van we later discovered only charges an addl fee for each bag 2 pounds ($4USD). The Hilton is aware of this scam, and allows it to happen in their lobby...Avoid this place like the plague unless you don't mind being ripped off and poorly treated as well...Horrid Horrid place, oh and for the record, I travel all of the time...never here again...

Clean, nice bar down stairs. Location, expensive internet. The hotel was nice. I would have preferred something more central. It was a fairly long walk to the tube and the lince that it was on is not convenient to anywhere (need to make 2 transfers to get to Harrods for example). Charge for daily internet use was very high. Great small Indian restaurant right across the street which is a plus.
