Close to airport, freeways. The bill had my name with someone else's address. In answer to #12, my spouse and I were traveling on business. Good for business travelers. Close to airport.

I recently stayed here and the handicap room is the smallest I have ever stayed in. It is not a wheelchair or scooter friendly room. The bathroom was the only thing that was truly handicap. I don't think I will stay here again.

I have traveled to many places and have never experienced such a staff or comfort at any other place.If you needed anything all you had to do was ask.They even called your room to make sure everything you needed was done.They made sure room service was complete and would call to let you know how much they appreciated your business. How many Hotels have ever done this for anyone? Would gladly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel had a very nice fitness room; restaurant and lounge. N/A We only stayed in Houston 1 night on our way to San Antonio from Dallas/Ft. Worth area. It was extremely easy to find, just off Route 45. And was close to the San Jacinto Battlefield/USS Texas which we wanted to visit before we took off on Route 10. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I only wish time would have allowed a longer stay.

Good prices for room delivered meals. PPV movies highly overpriced. Bus. ctr. pc wasn't working. It's interior of the rooms was very average. For an advertised price, I would expect so much more. The bottled water was a nice touch, good meal prices in hotel, but online and ppv movies were horribly overpriced.
