Not as convenient as the DFW Hilton. Overall, excellent hotel, friendly and very helpful staff.

Convenience to getting into city. No place to plug in hair dryer in bath, also hard to figure out how to turn on shower. Clean, convenient.

Nice hotel with excellent facilities in good location for airport. Room rates are pricey but there are quite a few discounts on offer. Price of food and drink is a scandal.

Some of my ratings are based on the fact that we were comped here by British Airways after they bumped us. So, not being out-of-pocket (much) for the stay, it is difficult to rate the hotel in the same way would a paying customer. Internet access (if you don't have your own computer) is three pounds for 15 minutes, and strangely located in the lobby where the noise is distracting, not to mention the pop-up window that keeps reminding you of how much time you've left, and chews up a lot of it just to clear the message from the screen. Wireless in your room is about 20 American per day. Nice wood trim in room, but I agree that the bed wasn't altogether comfortable. We did not find cleanliness to be an issue. Staff generally friendly. Settled our incidentals using cash, and desk clerk acted as if he'd never seen cash before. They probably don't see it too often! Overall, probably not a decent value if you're paying the full tab, but if you're flying out of Terminal 4, 6-minute walk via covered walkway is a much less stressful trip to the terminal, and carts are provided to help you haul the luggage. Access proved very convenient when I couldn't check-in online with BA that night, and decided to hoof it over to the Terminal after dinner to be sure to cover our bases.

Great design/style of the room decor. Nice Flat panel TV, convient to get to London by Rail or Bus. Very helpfull staff. The bar had two PCs connected to a printer, so I could print my boarding pass out on Sunday (Business Center was closed). Quick check in and quicker check out.

I travel very frequently with my job and this hotel is one of the worst Hiltons that I have ever stayed at. Even Hampton Inns, Hiltons lower priced brand is much better than this Hilton is. The bed is horribly uncomfortable. It is on casters and rolls around during the night and also the mattress is aweful. It is incredibly hard, nearly like sleeping on the floor. Actually you would probably get a better night sleep on the floor. I ended up sleeping better on my 10 hour flight out of London Heathrow than I did in this hotel. Also, the shower was just gross. It had mildew and soap scum all over the place. So much so that I would have felt dirtier showering in it than just not taking a shower in all. This is just unacceptable especially for a Hilton and at over 400 dollars for one night. Save yourself some money and just stay in the in the lounge at the terminals, its free and will end up being better than staying at this hotel.

while adverstised as being ""at the airport"" it takes 40 minutes to get there from terminal 1. one has to take a train then a rather long walk. hardly ""at the airport"". Take a shuttle and stay at the radison.

Convenience to Heathrow terminal 5. Very uncomfortable bed; electrical outlet for hairdryer not close to a mirror; one set of towels for two guests. I've stayed at the Heathrow Hilton several times in the past and I've complained about the comfortable level of the bed in my room. I could hear the springs squeak every time I moved during the night. There is no electrical outlet for the hair dryer anywhere near a mirror which makes it pretty difficult if a guest wants to do more than just dry their hair. There was only one set of towels in the bathroom for two guests. We did find an extra, rather shabby set of towels in the bedroom closet but only after my husband and I had shared a towel. Service was cordial and helpful.

This direct access to the airport is a joke. It's like a 15k marathon through a sun baked tube. Bizarre. Very overpriced. It is surprising that it is a Hilton.

Having the hotel situated where it was made a very easy transition for me and I never needed to rent a car or even take a shuttle. I was able to take the airport baggage cart right from the airport, through the passageway and up to my room and take it back in the morning without having to unload my cases. The hotel staff were all great.

Very safe and convenient. If you are stuck with an overnight at Heathrow, this is the place to stay. It's kinda garish and room service seemed befuddled by job requirements.

The Hilton London Heathrow Airport was very confortable, the staff was friendly and curtious. I was shocked to see that my room was clean, spacious, and accomodating. However the distance of the hotel to the airport was far. I had a great time and would suggest this hotel to my friends.

Nice hotel good location for airport access . No top sheet on the bed. Bathroom smelled of excessively strong bleach. Nice location to the airport. Chinese restaurant was very good. The hotel needs to refine the housekeeping to not overwhelm with a bleach smell and return to making a bed with a bottom sheet, top sheet, blanket or comforter. The bed was a bottom sheet with the comforter only.

The Heathrow Airport Hilton is a perfect location for overnight accommodation especially if in transit through London. It has a large variety of Restaurants and the rooms, while small are well thought out and contain all the essentials. The shuttle service to Terminal 5 is also a great benefit and runs every half hour. I have used this hotel on many occasions on my way through London and I find the staff to be helpful and friendly. You cant beat the location if you have an early flight!!

Great hotel for business travelers. Close to terminal 4! Cost. Highly recommended, cost is high but pay for the convenience. Great rooms and staff helpful and attentive.

The hotel is beautiful, and, most important to me, it was connected to Terminal 4 by a covered walkway. Even though I was flying in and out of Terminal 3, it was easy for me to get to this Terminal and, thus, to this hotel. It is the only hotel I know of that is so directly connected. The dinner that I ordered from room service arrived quickly, and it was absolutely delicious. The complaint I had was that my TV did not pick up on at least 2 channels--Sky News and CNN. Most egregious was that my toilet did not flush! I don't know whether the previous tenant had put something down the stool or what, but I was in that room for approximately 17 hours and was only able to flush one time!! Please!

In airport terminal. Nowhere to go outside it. Conveniently located in terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport. Very nice room with lovely bathroom. There is a pool and fitness center. Oscar's bistro is good food.
