Bring a lot of cash with you to pay for this stay. Be advised this hotel will not take credit cards for payment. My daughter was moving from Greenville and we wanted to pay for her stay of one night. What happened made me angry. After speaking to my daughter, her experience was appauling. I called the manager and he told me that I could not pay for her stay period no matter what (no debit card, no credit card no matter how excellent my credit is or even if my bank or credit card company) called to OK the transaction. I work at a church and we help people with a place to stay and we pay the hotel with credit card. The way I was treated I may never go to a Hilton or that one ever. With the price of everything now I can't afford to travel for vacations or anything besides work and the grocery store. For this hotel not being willing to work with me, is unforgiving. It will take all of us to stand up and tell them it was wrong of them to treat this customer unkind. My husband calls it something else. Thanks for listening because they are not.

The hotel was in an excellent and safe location. Very convenient to shopping and to the downtown area. Traffic can be a hassle, but not terrible for a city this size. The staff was excellent in every way and I received an instant upgrade. The room was spotless and the bed was to die for. Free wireless was a nice bonus.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. Also, they advertise "smoke-free environment" but there were smokers in the parking lot and just outside the front door. We felt that "environment" would include all these areas. Actually, only the inside of the hotel was smoke free. Their advertisement was what sold us on it, but it didn't really turn out like they said. There is a $* cleanup fee if you smoke in the rooms.

It was an overall good experience. Nothing we didn't particularly enjoy. Beautiful lobby, nice indoor pool and exercise room. Rooms lovely and comfortable.

What a great experience we had at this hotel. The pick up to and from the airport was especially convenient and reliable. Even when we had a very early flight (6:45 AM) out on Sunday mornng they were there to take us to the airport. The staff was especially friendly. The business center was very useful. It is just a short walk across the street to a pretty convenient mall with TJMaxx, etc. This was a good Hilton experience!!

Very helpful staff . They gave us recommendations for dinner. They did nothing other than apologize about the loud people in the middle of the night. The staff was exceptional! The room was spacious and had a nice view of downtown Greenville. Getting downtown was very easy as well. The only complaint I have is that at 4 am loud people were in the hall and continued to be loud for at least an hour before it seems staff asked them to lower their voices. The next day nothing was done as retribution for the disruption.

Quiet, helpful staff, breakfast was actually tasty. Nice and clean, but nothing unique about it Great place to stay. Convenient to Highways and downtown Greenville. Quiet room. Clean. Staff was friendly. Free parking. No free internet, but business center easily accessible and open 24 hours.
