Hotel was very nice. The room air conditioner wouldn't get the temperature lower than 70 degrees.

The hotel was decorated attractively and the rooms were very quiet. The staff was very friendly and attentive, there were several options for food around the hotel as well as in. We plan to stay at this hotel in the future.

We came to Fort Collins from San Diego to close escrow on a new home. The Hilton staff were bright, friendly, helpful, and quite professional. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was quite noisy. We opted for the operable window but discovered we were directly over the roof of the conference center and swimming pool with their many air conditioning and ventilation engines. Six of one, half dozen of the other; we were either in a warm, stuffy room without either air ventilation OR air conditioning, or we attempted to sleep through the noise. I'm a "sensitive sleeper" and didn't get much shut-eye during our 5-day stay. The facility was well-cared for and very clean. We only ate one meal (prime rib)at the hotel (in the bar area). The meat was delicious but served at a tepid temperature with a cold (refrigerator cold) baked potato. Our waitress responded immediately (with some embarrassment) and brought us back a lovely hot meal. Again, the meat was cooked superbly, seasoned marvelously, the waittress warm, attentive and courteous. We did have some problems with our door keys. We had them replaced once and then resorted to rubbing them on our clothes or a plastic shopping bag to "activate them". Their performance was "iffy". But don't get me wrong. We enjoyed our stay. Great linens, nice little gym, quiet pool and spa area... and the staff. I must again address the great staff. Nary a "grump" among them. Since we now own our own Fort Collins home we probably won't be back. BUT should the occasion arise, the Hilton would certainly be considered...or recommended to other folks.

It is first class. Small parking spaces. It is great.

We stayed for a college orientation at CSU. The location was convenient, as it was right across from the college. The rooms could have been cleaner. We had to get switched from the first room because it didn't look like they had made the bed and the bathroom was dirty. The second room was better, but the bathroom still had hair on the floor. I am not sure anyone cleans the outside of the hotel either, as there was cigarette butts all over the place (in the planters, on the sidewalks, etc.). For such a nice hotel, the cleaning staff is lacking.

Clean, great beds, pool great for our kids because not alot of other kids. Someone needs to show them how to arrange furniture in atrium to make it look inviting. What furniture therewas shoved back against walls. Clean, great beds and convient to everything in town.

When you book be sure to ask for a room away from the train tracks. We we're on the 4th floor and heard trains go by several times during the night. Since the location is in the middle of town the train horn blew for AT LEAST 1 mile in either direction! Not a restful night! Also there were people shouting in the lobby at 3:00 a.m. and it took staff quite a while to get them quiet.

Clean, comfortable and close to area we were visiting.

We didn't receive any information on the amenities at check-in, including directions to the elevator. The cost of $9.95 a day for internet service is unacceptable in a wifi world. A train traveling next to the hotel blew it's horn for long periods several times during the night. Next time I will stay further from campus and drive.

Clean, great beds, not alot of children in pool so my kids loved it. Continental Breakfast would have been nice or at least free coffee in atrim area in mornings. Staff very nice, rooms clean, bathroom decor awesome, beds very comfy.

This is one of the best hotel I have very stayed. This is an excellent facility. Feels like home away from home with a very friendly staff and atmosphere. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be back there when opportunity arises. Excellent hotel indeed with modern decor. it is located next door to the University and downtown. Great choice. We vreceived excellent treatment from staff especially in the 9th floor lounge.

Soft bed after spending a week on an air mattress was very nice. I work in the hospitality industry and paying for internet access is unheard of where I work.

The room was very nice and comfortable, as was the bed (no sore back or stiff neck in the morning). Beautiful setting with the open air-type atmosphere that Hotel Hiltons are known for. Breakfast buffet excellent, fresh and great variety with pleasant, helpful wait staff. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Cordial staff and decent location. Horrible pool, room and TV was damaged and poor reception.

The Hilton Fort Collins is a very comfortable Inn. It is clean and well kept up. We did have some problems checking in. We had a very pleasant room. The hotel is close to most shopping both malls and old town Fort Collins. Considering what hotel rooms are going for these days, I thought it was a fairly good deal. I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

The room was very nice and the staff were friendly. The toilet paper was not up to the standards of a 3 star hotel. It came close to corn cobs. The hotel is nice and located very close to the CSU campus. The only complaint I had was that you need to take your own toilet paper because newspapers are softer than the paper supplied by the hotel!

As a Hilton Honors member I stay at Hilton's whenever possible. I assume that I need not bring certain amenities ( ie shampoo, blow dryers, robes etc). I thought there was an oversight and informed the front desk in person that i did not have a rode in my room. I was given the visual up-n-down once over and asked what was my room number. I was informed that I had not spent enough money to be on the executive floor and therefore robes were not offered. I could not use the pool and jacuzzi becuase I refused to take the glass elevator down and walk through the lobby in my bathing suit with out the robe. On check out day I had meetings early in the morning and then headed back to my room. Check out was at 12 pm . I called the front desk to let them know I would be out of the room at 12:15 pm. I was informed there would be a fee of $100 dollars for a late check out.... Fort Collins is a small community and Hilton has very little if any competition. This property and the emploees would sink in a larger city because they were very judgemental.

Starbucks in the lobby, comfortable, functional room. Only two elevators, long wait at peak times. Great hotel, great location, nice rooms, friendly staff what not to like?
