The staff on the whole was very helpful and friendly and knowledgable. The location was great, within walking distance to Fisherman's wharf. However, my friends in another room had an issue with housekeeping and lack of hot water which was not addressed promptly.

The staff was very friendly. $38.00 for parking! Defeated any savings! I don't consider the hotel to be located on Fisherman's Wharf. Walking 6 blocks or more with children was not what I had planned. Also, there should be information regarding parking fees. My choice was to pay the $38.00 that I hadn't budgeted for or go put a dollar in the meter every 24 minutes.

Only downfall is parking $36 night. Otherwise a great place to stay within easy walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf and just around the corner from bus route. Concierge service is excellent. Very helpful.

The staff at the hotel were not only helpful but extremely pleasant....The room was very clean and room service was prompt and courteous....I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others...Also the location was great....

The hotel is at amzing location. It's so close to everything in the city! There are SO MANY Dining options - Seafood, Italian, Chinese .. you name it! lost of public transportation close by. Cable car stop is a block away!!! What an amazing stay and good time me and my family had here...

No in room WIFI, no breakfast included. Very nice beds and pillows, very nice workout area. Did not want to pay for extra in room internet, so had to use lobby for free WIFI, as did others. Went to bar area later in evening to eat, but was told food had stopped being served, although another person had just received a plate.

My wife and I spent a night in San Francisoc at the Hilton. It was our 1st time at the hotel. Overnight parking is on the pricey side, but the room rate was good. The hotel itself is well-cared for and the staff very helpful. It has a convenient location in the Fisheman's Wharf area walking distance to the wharf, Cannery, Pier 39, etc. There are also a few decent restaurants nearby and an Irish pub called "McTiernan's." They have live music and good beers. It was a good, but short, stay, and we would definitlnely return.

Decided to go to SF for some xmas shopping,. Hilton Fisherman's Wharf is in a great location...1 block from the cable cars, 2 blocks from Fisherman's wharf..great for the kids! Would reccommend to anyone....

quick walk to fishermans warf, bus stop close by, great hotel, clean, quite, very conveniently located, helpful front desk. dont bother with the hotels breakfast buffet its over priced and it was hard to find the ice machine other then that everything was perfect

The staff was friendly and the hotel was in walking distance to pier 39. I could tell when walking in to the lobby with my children, the hotel is not really a child friendly hotel, but the staff was still great.

This hotel was super comfortable...great amenities and very very close to everything (fisherman's wharf, pier 39, north beach, etc..). We really enjoyed our trip to the city. The only thing that we saw could have put a damper on our stay is that our non-smoking room smelt like cigarette smoke and you have to pay for parking at the hotel, but that can really happen anywhere in the city

Every Employee I came into contact with went gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Very comfortalbe bed, nice linens, room was big and very well kept. It was also a great location for all our sightseeing needs! My family and I had a great time! We will definitely go back next year!

I stay at this hotel all the time on business. Usually request 3rd floor if you have problems with the noise in the room. But the new carpet in the rooms seems to be working to reduce the noise. I love the friendly staff at this hotel. They are so amazing. Everyone is friendly and try to make my stay great everytime I visit here. Location is great, try the new breakfast buffet and yummy crab cakes on the menu.

Was on business in San Francisco. Hitlon Fisherman's Wharf staff made me feel welcomed on my first steps through the front door. Front Desk staff was warm and friendly, restaurant staff would greet every morning with with Good Morning and by my last day they new exactly what I wanted for breakfast. Would use this hotel again and will recommend to anyone who wants to visit SF
