Overall the stay was very nice. We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate a graduation and see the sights. The hotel is pretty close to everything. The pool is great! One bad note, the hotel tried to automatically add a charge for parking on my bill even though I didn't park at the hotel. They also charged me for the full stay even though I had already paid through orbitz.

Check in was speedy and very friendly. Great indoor pool with slide. The only negative was the excessive wait times for the elevators.

Clean friendly. Elevators were not working so great took long time to go up and down. This hotel was close to the falls walking distance to everywhere very close for eating establishments loved it very clean.

Nice Hotel overall. We got the Romance Suite when we booked. The Watermark restaurant on the 33 floor is very expensive, and the food was good but not great. You would figure for the price of almost $*CAD, that the food would be excellent, I would call it sub-par. Watch out for unsuspected charges to your room. Bottled water in the room had a sign that said enjoy, but it was $5 USD/each on the bill. The view was excellent and if you like to gamble, there is a walk-way that is attaches the hotel to the casino. If your from the U.S., bring extra cash. None of the ABM (ATM) machines would take VISA.-even in the hotel lobby. Also watch out for the different exchange rates. The hotel would give us 22%, but some of the other place (restaurants, Ripley's museum, etc.) would only give you 10 - 12%.

We splurged and got a premium suite on the 32nd (top floor for rooms), and we were NOT disappointed!. Yes, there was the Casio tower if you looked straight out the window, but it only partially blocked the view of Goat Island, but we GREAT view of the American, Bridal Veil, and Horshoe Falls. The staff was fantastic throughout! The restaraunt wasn't as great as the rest of the hotel, but the view was still great! Parking was only 20 (CAD) for our entire 3-day stay. The valets were very prompt every time we called for our car. Make sure you bring your swim wear to enjoy the water slide! Only downside---realized after I booked, that I wasn't going to be getting HHonors points for the stay by booking through the travel agency. If that is important to you...be ware.

Excellent view, clean and good location. Valet parking is not convenient.

The Hotel was nice and the easiness of being next to the casino was great but the whole experience has been ruined by several charges added to our credit card after the stay. All but one has been removed but their only comecnt was that they place a charge for incidentals and then remove the charge 4 days later. Well the charge has never been removed and now I have an extra $100 Canadian charge on my current statement...calls have either been ignored or they said "My son" usually removes the charges 4 days later and if you do not see it gone then call your credit card company!! I will never stay there again!!!!!

Watch what you are charged for. We booked two packages on line, and upon arrival only recievd one. Had to go to the front desk. Our friends had to change their room as the chair was stained and Dental Floss???on the floor. We had a suite with old furniture! you can get better furniture at Goodwill. Our mirror was so dirty you could write your name in the dust!...Housekeeping never gave us clean glasses, the pool water was murky....Need I say more.. I thought the only thing Trashy about Hilton was Paris, but I guess not.

Nice view, new rooms. Unorganized with emergency. We stayed overnight & got awaken with fire alarm. Hotel staff didn't even bother to announce that we can go back to our rooms & everything is false alarms.

It was hugely expensive to stay here and there were some very simple things that were not included. We had to pay for internet, one day or one week.....we stayed for 3 days, you do the math. The valet parking is not only not free but it is $20.00 per day plus fees and charges plus tax and everyone wants a tip. The coffee in the lobby is expensive as well. I think that for what you pay for the room per night some of these items should be inclusive. One good thing I can say is the view was breath-taking.

Parked my car with Valet on New Year's Eve and when it was returned to me over 650 of items were stolen. Items included everything from loose change, work security badge, CDs, Jeans from trunk, phone and GPS rechargers. Hotel accepted no responsibility even though very evident that it was negligence on their part. Neither my wife or I consider it safe to stay at this hotel and we've cut all Hilton's from my business and personal travel plans. If you plan on staying there - Don't!

Awesome trip to Niagara Falls. From check-in to check-out it was top of the line service. The check-in was a breeze. We were expecting to have an "ok" view of the falls, but when they put us on the 46th floor of the new tower we were so excited. The bell hop informed us that we were the first people to sleep in our room, it was that new! Floor to ceiling windows, 2 king sized beds in each room, flat panel tv's, whirpool tub, it goes on and on. The staff was very friendly and nice, always willing to help. When my husband was looking for an ice machine, the hotel employee offered to get the ice for him! Hotel was within walking distance of Fallsview road, so walking was not a problem. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone!

Entire staff was courteous. I especially liked the valet parking. Never waited more than a few minutes for the car and the cost for parking was only 5/day.

Only three elevators working, taking longer time to go up and down.
