Beds were very comfortable, down pillows and comforter, large screen TV. Very nice place to stay. Not use to staying in a hotel quite this nice. I will definitely remember this for future trips with my family.

This was a great hotel for a business traveler and has many conveniences. The staff was very friendly and the room itself was very cozy. It had a warm and inviting feel to it and had all the conveniences that I needed as a business traveler.

Internet service is really a problem. I have never had anything but problems trying to connect to the internet in my room. Have spent countless minutes trying to get resolved. Finally end up in hotel lobby getting on net. Will avoid this hotel form now on.

Excellent location and very clean. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel for several reasons. The location was so convenient to restaurants and the highway. In addition the room was very clean and appeared to be updated. To top it all off, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If your travels bring you to Charlotte, you will be pleased with your stay at the Hilton Executive!

Upscale, friendly, convenient-great shopping across the street. Bathtub/shower. Excellent place to stay if you are going downtown Charlotte. Great shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

Staff very courteous. Lovely pool area. Convenient to freeway and South Park. Only 1 elevator worked. Room furnishings old and shabby. 13 inch TV. Tub did not drain. The hotel is in the middle of a remodeling. The staff was great. The room was not. Only one elevator worked all weekend. Be sure to ask for a remodeled room if you stay here. I wouldn't rate this above 2 star while they are remodeling. Hopefully it will improve after the work is done.

The room was very spacious. The facility was an older one but we understand it is under renovation. This hotel was very nice and met our expectations. It is an older facility and is undergoing some updates-- it will be better when these are completed. The only negative aspect is its location. I think for the business traveler it would be prefect. Our trip was family oriented and the location of the hotel was not central to a family oriented vacation. The hotel staff was extremely accomodating.

The location. The mattress pad and sheets. The mattress pad slipped and balled up under you. The bottom sheet was not fitted and would not stay tucked in (I think that contributed to the mattress pad problem). The temperature is controlled by a thermostat. We didn't need heat or air, but we did need the fan. There was no way to turn just the fan on without heat or air. Neither my husband nor I got much sleep. In fact, it was pretty miserable.

Convenient to expressway Room not cleaned, mildew in shower Expected better, sign as I entered indicated under construction (refreshing). Room was not ready at ck in, not cleaned completely. Stayed at a much nicer hotel three days earlier for about same price.

Location. Lobby bar is terrible; no free coffee and no travel coffee cups with lids. Nice hotel, but quite cheap in little ways that a nice hotel shouldn't be.

The convenience to the highway, especially since this was a one night layover. The rooms did show signs of wear, they were going through a remodeling process and our room was not yet complete. The Charlotte Hilton Executive Park Hotel is located in an excellent location for business and recreational travelers. It's convenient to I77 and has many dining and tourist attractions located nearby like Carrowinds Park. It is also a short drive from Downtown Charlotte. The hotel staff was very helpful as well as courteous during our stay.

Location. The hotel was under construction and dusty. Health facilities were not available. I was clearly dissatisfied with my experience. Once it is out of construction it is likely to be a very nice hotel.

location The restaurant was gross and over priced. There was no basic convenience supplies available (like toothbrushes) I thought the hotel was like a 2 1/2 star. The hotel was old, the only restaurant only had a B rating for cleanliness, and the food was overpriced, and not very good. There was no supplies available at the lobby. We forgot a toothbrush and had to get back n the car and go find a gracery store. It took a half hour to go get a tooth brush.We would not go back to this hotel.

The location was convenient and easy to find The room we occupied did NOT meet a 3.5 star standard. It was the first disappointment that I've had.

Nothing They gave us a conferance room to sleep in. No extra sheet for the couch. I would NEVER stay here again. I can't belive that they can say that they are a Hilton. The room was dirty the couches were filthy. They had no additional sheets. To top it all off they called me in the morning to ask if my whole party was accounted for because there was a man sleeping outside my door.

Location and price Dirty and under construction This could have been a very nice hotel if it wasnt under construction. There was no pool at all. Also the fitness center and the spa were closed for the construction. Also the maid service forgot to do our room the first day we were there.
