The Hilton St Louis Downtown was in an excellent location to walk to all major downtown St Louis attractions, the Arch, Laclede Landing, Bush Stadium, etc. The service was friendly and efficient. The rooms were quiet and the curtains heavy (necessary for a downtown urban location). The only drawback is parking is expensive downtown, so if you are driving figure in extra for that expense.

The building's architecture was amazing! Poor management when problems came up. My husband's glasses (including the case) disappeared from the room. We informed management, and received little to no help with the problem. The items were left on the bathroom counter, but were not there when we returned from sightseeing. Our room was cleaned, but no glasses.

Beautiful hotel close to everything! Very glamorous...we were within walking distance of the arch, busch stadium, & 2 casinos. The room was very nice & the bed was heaven! Lol horrible view from the window but the comfort of the room was definitely worth it. The elevators wont work unless you insert your key card. Was a little dissapointed in the bar/dining area..from the pictures online it appears to be rather large & it's not. The dining area was also pretty much an open area slightly elevated from where people are checking in/out. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again..you can't beat the location.

The atmosphere was wonderful. The alley view. Elegant would describe this hotel, with very fine marble work. The grand piano in the lobby was a nice touch.

The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms are nice, and the beds are great. Would def. stay again anytime. Just a short walk to the ballpark, arch, laclede landing. can not say enough!!

The room was a bit small but well laid out with nice furniture. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We did have a horrible view of a brick wall that was only a few feet away. It looked as though most rooms had that view. The bathroom was lovely as was the staff. It was in a great location, able to walk to the arch, busch stadium, and to casinos. I just think that you should be warned of the view, I would have prefered actually seeing the city, staring at a wall is not a good vacation experience, and you dont feel as involved in the city.

The location and style were equally excellent.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. The beds are very comfy and the location of the hotel is perfect. In walking distance of the arch, the stadium and the overall downtown experience. Will definitely stay here the next time I am back in St Louis!

Hotel was clean, friendly and was a good location. The A/C was noisy and did not work properly. While the hotel is at a good to great location, it lacks some fairly sought amenities for travelers. There is no pool, A/C and elevator noise levels were high and a/c was not in good working order. Late arrival did not leave much time to make changes. Location was great, stay could have been better. Staff was good. Priceline price was OK.

Stress free, comfortable, almost homey. The hotel wasn't like some of the large unpersonalized hotels. My family and I were treated like celebrities, as a matter of fact we saw a celebrity in the hotel during our stay.

The experience at the Hilton Downtown was great, very relaxing, and I enjoyed easy access to some great tourist attractions. The staff were helpful, promt, and friendly, the rooms clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the computers in the business center were not in good working order. It was incredibly slow to pull up an internet page and find the information I needed.

Loved the location and staff. Our room was dark and small, but maybe we just didn't get the best of the draw that day! Beautiful lobby.

GReat location to the riverfront and the Arch. Hotel staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Rooms are quiet, clean, and spacious. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Nice restful stay.

The concierge was especially friendly and helpful. I had to pay an additional $18 for parking and there was no breakfast included. Outrageous parking cost in the hotel's own parking garage. No free breakfast. Outrageous prices in the hotels restaurant.

We had a quiet and peaceful trip and we were close to everything that we wanted to do on our trip and we saved money on our hotel price.
