Your hotel was wonderful. Your concierge got us the best seats (sixth row, center aisle) at the Grand Ole Opera. Your waiter [...] gave us the best service and recommendations for other activities in the area. Everyone was polite, professional and nice to be around. Great QUIET rooms. We will be back.

Great location. They charge for internet. This is absurd. Extremely clean but there is not a welcoming feeling to this hotel. They sell their small rooms which feel like upscale dorm rooms. Prices are good but by the time you pay for Internet and a $20 breakfast, you could have stayed at a larger room in a nicer establishment. Service has gone down since the last time I stayed there 4 years ago.

Well, this is supposedly a four-star hotel, and I'm not sure I'd put it in that class. There were a few things that I found off. Black scuff marks on the wallpaper, on two different walls, and more marks on one of the bathroom doors. Cobwebs in the bathroom. One of the sliding closet doors was messed up, and slide off it's tracks the first time I opened it. I couldn't get it back on myself.. and just left it off and open (I did not call maintenence to have it fixed). The ironing board was a bit hard to access, if you had clothes hanging, which we did. Also, there was only about a foot or two between the closet and one of the beds - very tight. True, these are relatively minor things, but if I'm paying over * dollars a night, I expect a room to be a bit cleaner than this one was. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were nicer! The staff was great, and helpful. We had breakfast there one morning, and it was fine, though our waiter was a bit slow (both in quickness and attentiveness). You can't beat the location however. Right smack in the middle of downtown, across the street from the Sommet Center and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The Hilton Nashville is in a great location. I chose it based on its four diamond rating. It is not a four diamond establishment. The rooms are OK, but that's all. I went to the front desk for change for a 10 dollar bill and the clerk told me that he didn't have any money and to go ask the valet. At a four diamond establishment, they would have found me change. I also got a bogus restautant charge added to my room charges, lucky I looked at the bill. By the way, the bill was not presented to my room on the date of departure, the clerk told me, "the guys must not have worked last night". Additionally, each day of my stay (2 people), I was given three bath towels once per day. I take two showers daily on business and had to call for towels each day. Stay at the five diamond Hermitage or the Renaissance.

This hotel does everything right. My daughter and I visited Nashville for a 40th birthday trip. The Hilton is within walking distance to Nashville nightlife, the riverfront, the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Ryman Auditorium. They have a auto rental kiosk in their beautiful lobby and I was able to rent for one day to visit the Opery and other Nashville attractions. Wonderful breakfast buffet - friendly staff. Best time ever.......

The Hilton Downtown Nashville was a very nice place to stay during our recent (first) trip to Nashville. We were a mere one-half block from Broadway, where you can catch a lot of the live local artists perform. Also, you are within walking distance of many restaurants. The room was pleasant, although next time, I would ask for a room on the outside perimeter of the hotel rather than an interior room. There was some noise that arose from the atrium up to our hotel. We enjoyed the sports bar/grill to watch our local football games. The bartenders were very friendly and accomodating.

When you first walk into the Hilton in downtown Nashville, you are greated by very friendly staff. The grand staircase is beautiful and adds class to the front of the hotel. Checking in the Hilton is simple and a pleasure. The front desk has an awesome staff. The Hilton is a great hotel--you won't be disappointed.

My Personal experience with the hotel was great....the room was very nice and clean....i thought that for what i got was a little to expensive....and i didnt like the fact that we had to pay for parking when we payed so much for the hotel room....the prices for parking was ridiculous....but the hotel staff and everything else was amazing.....

Room was clean and spacious. Great views of the city, awesome location for walking to entertainment venues. Staff was very attentive, restaurants have a variety of food. This was one of my most pleasant hotel stays ever...will definitely use again.

a bit pricey but worth every penny, rooms are great and clean and freshly laundered. they eliminated the nasty never washed bed spread so many other places still have. perfect local everyhting right there, police station next door, so even quite safe at night. valet for car and rooms awesome and attentive, some of the best and most personal care and service i ever experienced, even better than the ritz i thought. i also slept like a baby , beds rock, bathroom huge, can actually fit my stuff and still have room. gives complimentary water even. use valet parking better value and so much ore convient.

Hotel is just a two block walk from the Ryman Auditorium, our first time to see the Opry at that venue. Suite was immaculate, in excellent condition, with outstanding bed linens and amenities. Lots of dining and entertainment right around the corner on Broadway. Stayed one night on the way back from Florida, but would stay there again any time. Highly recommended.

Great location wonderful room. The parking. It was an outstanding hotel for us price, location, comfort. My only complaint was the parking. It was very convenient, but there were no in and out privileges for hotel guests, so every time we had to move our car, it was a minimum $5 charge on top of the daily $14 fee.

I loved the convenience of this hotel. You can walk to the Ryman, the Wild Horse and many good restaurants and honky tonk bars. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
