Enjoyed a restful day at the pool with two little ones and some much needed R&R outside in the courtyard. Would have liked to had a few more lounge chairs outside.

Attractive room; comfortable bed. Poor bathroom lighting for makeup; no exhaust fan in bathroom; hot tub was broken; no towels in pool area;.only 1 set of elevators. Attractive hotel with pleasing landscaping. Excellent work-out room with plenty of pieces of equipment. Pleasing lobby and public rooms. Had a shuttle which we didn't inquire about - would have used it for train station if possible. Had to drive to restaurants - nothing close by or walkable. Pleasant room with hair dryer and iron. Ample lighting in the room. Old TV schedule and Boston dated information in room - asked for another - got a promise but no delivery; asked the next day and got at the desk. Cleaning staff forgot the sugar so my husband was not happy with the coffee he made in the room the next morning.

Loved the Hilton! My 8 year old grandson raved about the pool, the food in the restaurant, as well as the comfort of the room. The furnishings were lovely, the towels and shower were sumptuous, and the room was spotless. The only negative I can say is that I was disappointed that there was no cable TV - almost all the TV programs must be purchased. Other than that, it was a great experience, and we are looking forward to staying there again.

We were in Dedham for a family party. The price at the Hilton was the best around. The hotel was clean and quite comfortable.

I have never slept in a more comfortable bed! There were a few minor problems but they were corrected immediately upon notifying the front desk. I ended up being more impressed with the efficiency in which they handled the complaints than being upset about the problems themselves. Would definitely stay there again. However they really should install an outdoor pool.

We stayed at the Hilton while attending the graduation of our son from Mortheastern University. We really had so many activities to attend that we were only at the hotel long enough to sleep. The hotel was very quiet and we slept very well. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was sorry we didn't have time to take advantage of all the other amenities that the hotel had to offer. We will return when we can spend more time and take advantage of all this hotel has to offer!

Excellent service, clean comfortable rooms, great facilities. Nothing. We have been lucky to stay at the Hilton a few times in the last couple of years and have enjoyed each one. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms and facilities are excellent. Compared to the other 3.5 star in the same area, the Hilton is much better.

Hotel was beautifully maintained and elegant. They did not have HGTV on cable, a pretty minor issue. This hotel is lovely. It is conveniently located yet very quiet and relaxing. Excellent bar and restaurant on site. Outside sitting area that is very pleasant. Rooms are well appointed, very comfortable and very clean. Hotel was terrific. I live in the area and will use this hotel to put up any friends and family members needing hotel accommodations. Will definitely stay there again.

I complained about the key machine not working for two days and the manager sent a cheese plate and small fruit basket to my room. Key machine did not work for the first two days. One of the elevators was broken for three days.

There were no alarm clocks in rooms or radios. Enjoyed our stay, they should add alarm clock/radios to each room, without looking at our watches we could not tell during the night what time it was.

Friendly, good location and good sized rooms. Hotel was located in a great spot for business people, hotel had all amenities, clean room, nice beds and easy parking.
