The staff overall was very friendly and helpful. One staff member on the Executive Floor was quite abrupt when we appeared for a snack. She claimed that she had been off a few days. This location was ideal for us to meet our family and friends and enjoy a few days together prior to the Christmas holidays. The spa and pool were wonderful. We enjoyed the Christmas Market and the theatrical production of Mary Poppins. The view of Manchester was magnificent. Rooms were very comfortable. Access to the Executive Suite on Floor 23 was wonderful.

To stay in this iconic glass building is indeed a treat being the largest building in Manchester.Everything is at hand for an exciting night out.Staff were polite and helpful and the bonus of being able to access the 'Executive Lounge'enhanced our stay.The views from all around were as exciting as staying in New York.Will definately stay again

Very good quality as you'd expect from a Hilton hotel. Rooms nice and clean and modern. Restaurant very good, only letdown was the 23rd floor bar where the service was lacking.

Cannot recommend this landmark hotel highly enough. Excellent good sized contemporary rooms with equally as good bathrooms and a superb view of the Manchester skyline if you are on a high floor. A vist to Cloud 23 bar is essential.

Excellent hotel with good facilities but would not book if there were no special offers on.

Rooms are spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The view from the rooms are fantastic, as is the view from the bar, Cloud 23. We had a south facing room and when we arrived in the afternoon, it was very hot and took a bit of getting used to, even though the white netted curtains were closed and the air con was on. If I stayed again I woudl request a norht facing room. Overall, great place to stay in walking distance of everything we wanted to see.
