waited over 15 min to get to hotel room on elevator. there was only one working! upon checkout, we had the same problem, had to let ONE elevator keep going because it was packed full. also, there was trash under the bed from previous person.

The staff was friendly and helpful. When I was lost at 11 pm at night, no one answers the telephone at the main desk. The staff was always courteous and kind. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, and our stay with kids was perfect. Close to metro and many restaurants. Be aware that parking is $24 per day, but despite this the hotel stay was worth every penny. The indoor pool and gym are very small, and the walls are thin as you can easily hear other guests walking down the hallway. We happened to be staying at the same time as a fraternity reunion, which meant a lot of noise late at night. However, this could have happened at any hotel. Arlington National Cemetary and the Lincoln Memorial were both a short drive from the hotel, and a small underground mall with plenty of restaurants is only a block away. We will stay here again.

Look, it is the Hilton and that comes with some expectations. I did not expect the walls to be super thin and having a noisy neighbor the first night resulted into a call to request security to reel in the frat party. However, little was done. If they were patrolling then they would hear them. Great locaion, front desk was terrific, close to some restaurants and Metrol subway system for easy ride to DC. I though the parking charge was excessive.

This hotel makes a great starting point for your stay in the Washington DC area. It is a short 6 minute walk to the Metro train, close to Crystal City shops and Restaurants and although it is starting to show its age is still a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Close to the airport.

Room was very nice, clean, spacious. Checkin was quick and polite. Parking on premises, $20 per night, plenty of space. 5-10 minute walk from Metro, much of it can be underground to avoid bad weather. I would definitely stay there again. The room rate was great, compared to the rack rate posted on the door. Tremendous bargain.

Our stay was pretty nice. The beds were pretty comfortable, and had lots of pillows,5 per bed. Plus there was an extra pillow and blanket in the closet. The roomservice, although pricey wasn't great just mediocre. The service was all around wonderful. There was a nice heated pool on the 12 floor with a lifegaurd on duty. The only complaint we had was that the shuttle would take us to the Metro station but would only pick up from the Nat'l Airport, a stop farther than Crystal City. And at the airport the shuttle was not predictable on schedule.

The hotel was very comfotable, the room was huge and very clean. The staff was great. The location was great (about 3 blocks from the DC Metro Train). However the big downer and the reason that I may not go back was the cost of the WiFi. $13.00 a day was, well just a rip off.

The beds were amazing. 24 dollar a day parking, small cramped garage. Very cleanly. Staff very professional and friendly. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Kind of annoying that you have to pay $12.95 for WI-FI when it is usually free in hotels.

This hotel is very near Reagan Airport and is considered a "business" hotel. Probably because of that, our weekend rate was excellent for a high-end hotel experience. The hotel also included our breakfast each day which was an excellent, large buffet and a free newspaper. The hotel charges about $*/day for wireless internet, but they also threw in that, bringing our price down to about $*/night. I would also recommend the hotel just for its quality, friendliness, and comfort. The beds were plush and comfortable. They had a large exercise room and pool and the taxi service was fast. We were in town for a wedding. Most others we knew stayed at another hotel in DC (not the business area) for about $*/night and it wasn't anywhere near the quality of hotel that the Hilton was. We will stay here again next time we are in town.

BAR IS TOO EXPENSIVE....ROOMS ARE EXPENSIVE....FRONT DESK STAFF NOT FRIENDLY. PARKING 20/night. WHY?

Large furniture for size of room. A refrigerator was no where to be found.

Location. Room cleanliness. We travel a lot and have stayed in Hilton many times. This does not meet the standards of a Hilton. The cost did not meet the $400 per night stay.

valet parking lost our key to our car.we had to wait about an hour before they found it. they gave us free lunch in the restaurant about a 120.00 meal

Would have appreciated availability of quick breakfasts/snacks. Overall, I liked its cleanliness (loved quality of linen). Would definitely return if I wanted to stay in Arlington, convenient to public transportation when going to DC. Thank you for suggesting this hotel.

This hotel is undergoing renovations. Aside from the jackhammers first thing in the morning, my stay was enjoyable. The staff should have located guests way from the noise towards the front of the hotel. Weekends aren't crowded so this was possible.

The staff were exemplary. I was traveling without my wife.

Nice size room and comfortable bed. Nothing. Great location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms and I appreciated the airport shuttle.

Loved it! Clean and beautiful room. Flat screen was a plus. The food list is comparable to 5 star hotels. Friendly staff, very comfortable room!
