this was the third time at this hotel it gets better every time an upgrade to a larger room a free breakfast buffet on monday and excellent services.this was the first time I booked air hotel and rental car at one time the downside was us air

It is close to a loy of historic locations in Philadelphia and in a great location. The rooms were very small and the bathroom was very small; not really large enough to accommodate 2 or more adults. High prices, better than average service. You are paying to stay in a high income area. I don't believe that the service or accommodations were any better that what I could have expected at a more reasonably-priced hotel.

This is a reasonable hotel to stay in if you want to be just outside the city, not in city center. It's on a busy, congested commercial strip near shopping centers and office buildings. The traffic in the area was bad, even on a Sunday afternoon, and there was no free parking. Valet parking (10) was a better option than self-park (5, but down a hill from the hotel). The hotel was clean, the room was ample size, and the bed was comfortable. The climate control in the room couldn't be adjusted very exactly, so it was either too warm or too cold. The decor was a little dated and past its prime. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful rooms just redone, comfortable beds. Could see city from room, but overlooked water retention pond. Very nice room very comfortable. Easy ride by cab to Malayan and Downtown.

The rooms were ok. I can't complain. But two things that I didn't enjoy were the service and the location. I was there for a business convention with a co-worker. When we went to eat in the lobby lounge, we were ignored. We had to ask for service several times on two different occassions. As for the location, there is no entertainment or shopping near by. So, during our down time, the only leisure we found was to walk to the grocery store a few blocks away. This hotel is in the middle of a neighborhood.

Bed was comfortable. Sound-proofing poor; noise from other rooms and hallway. Was awakened in the middle of the night by nuisance call from another room. Hotel should block phone calls during normal sleeping hours. Charge put on my bill for purchase made in restaurant by someone else.

Great service following horrendous Holiday Inn City Avenue experience. The Hilton staff was extremely friendly, courteous and responsive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, dining was excellent. Parking was slightly inconvenient, but extremely affordable (5 per night) in a guarded lot that was down the street. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy check-in/out. Nicely appointed room. Had to park on road to avoid paying for parking. Very nice hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. Parking is only free on the street, but you can add valet at a reasonable price at check-in. Great location right off the highway with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Loved this hotel! Clean rooms. Incredible service (I was continuously asked if I needed assistance). Nice suburban area close to mall and restaurants. Quiet room. Even the vending machine prices were great compared to other hotels.

We were surprised at how nice this hotel was compared with the others in the area, although we thought it was a bit overpriced. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet (which was included in our rate) was nice. The room was clean. Parking is a problem with a separate lot down the street. We parked on the street. I would stay here again.
