Staff so so helpfull and always had a smile. A very central location. We were on the 6th floor and found a pleasant surprise when visiting the executive lounge on 7th floor where all snacks and drinks are free of charge.Breakfast was served in the executive lounge for guests in executive rooms,what a view over the city and castle.

An excellent full complementary breakfast buffet supplied. Although located in the heart of the city it was free from trafic noise. I would go back again anytime with the special rates obtained by "[website]".

What a fantastic find ! The Hilton Cardiff is a moment from the shopping precinct & castle, and a short drive (taxi/car/bus) from the station which was excellent for me. The facilities are fantastic; better than I'd seen at any other Hilton i'd stayed at. The breakfast was nice, with a beautiful view over the castle, and the service from all staff I encounter was exceptional. 10 out of 10

The hotel is well located by Cardiff Castle walls and 2 miles from the Harbour. I found it to be excellent value for money an would stay again if I was in the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly my only complaint would be parking cost £16.00 this was inclusive of valet parking .I do not think they have on site parking facilities. Whilst this may not appear expensive adding this to the room rate compared to other hotel rates with parking facilities is a hidden cost

Stayed for a Saturday night only in an Executive room and I CANNOT fault this hotel, what an excellent stay for a great price too! (£85 + £16 parking) Everything from staff, concierge, rooms, exec lounge, parking arrangements, breakfast, location were superb. Would definately return. Top marks for this one Hilton.

Didn't have the wow factor considering this is a 5 star hotel but for the price you can't go wrong (currently 50% off). Perfect location. Concierges were fab.

Excellent hotel as you would expect from a Hilton, located near to the castle. We eat in the dining room and had a delicious meal and also enjoyed the leisure facilities - the pool was amazing would definately stay again especially if you can get a good price - I paid £59 for my room (not including breakfast)

I would recommend the Hilton for anyone travelling to Cardiff for any reason. The hotel is in the heart of everything. The main shopping streets and night life areas are 1 minute walk away but the hotel is not effected by the noise or the amount of people. Cardiff Castle and the Millenium Stadium are both 5 and 10 minutes walk also. The hotel itself is amazing and the spa facilities are really good for anyone who just wants to relax. Although the Hilton is a little bit more expensive I think it is worth it!
