We stayed at this hotel when we attended a concert in Burlington. We love Burlington, everything is within walking distance. However, our room was so small you could barely walk around the bed. The bathroom was equally small. Absolutly nothing special about this room. We felt it was not worth the money.

The beautiful interior design. Excellent decor, a fabulous views of Lake Champlain!

I had high expectations of this place and was let down. This was just a quick five day shopping layover and I thought it was going to be much better. Housekeeper left trash in room, tub wasnt cleaned and I had the same sheets the whole stay. The beds were made so that was a bonus in my book. I did not like the pillows, they were too flat. All in all, I expected so much more. They need to step up on their game!

This hotel is located right next to the lake and is very nicely decorated. I was a little confused about how to get back and forth to my car in the parking garage which is separate. Overall the staff was very helpful and gracious, the location was great, walk to shops and dining and about 3 minutes drive to UVM. Only surprise was the very large beautiful headboards (both) needed dusting. I would still definately stay there again.

There was initally some confusion about our reservation, but the manager on duty was extremely helpful in clearing things up. She even upgraded our room on our second night!

Location. Parking. Great location with beautiful sunsets and romantic strolls along the lake.

The hotel is under renovation and things were a mess. First room given was replaced at our request due to problems, second room was better, but still needed a call to the staff for a repair to a broken window!

Spend the money and get a lake view. I wat to retire to this room - the scene is ever beautiful, ever changing and all else is comfortable, clean and of little consequence!

The staff were very friendly and helpful the view of the lake is outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay wish I could have stayed longer.

Rooms were clean, except for some lipstick on the comforter, bathrooms need upgrading and pool area needs a little work, have to pay for parking which is not right for the price of the rooms, I would recommend reducing your prices and paying for parking for your guests.

this hotel was great

It was conveniently located. They could not accommodate our request to get a lake view room. I was fairly disappointed. I have received better accommodations from a Holiday Inn Express or Best Western. This really made me decide once and for all that I will never try to stay at a high end hotel ever again. Also, they tried to nickel and dime me for everything. I had to pay for parking. I know that is sometimes required, but the second night would have been free parking anyway and I got charged all the same.

Can't beat the location; walking distance to everything! Burlington is such a fabulous little city; the hotel was perfect. Warm staff and efficient service; the views of the lake at sunset are magnificent. The hotel restaurant serves a mean steak.

Location. Really small room, TV didn't work either. We loved the location near town and on the lake. The room was small and our TV didn't work. It was fixed, but after two requests. The restaurant was overpriced for breakfast, we thought.

Wonderful, nice, clean, nice location. Nothing. I recommend it, wow!

Everyone who worked there was more than courteous and helpful. Parking garage experience was a nightmare - hard to find; dense fog-like dust making it hard to find car and breathe. Convenient location, yet we were frustrated, not being able to find the Wyndham, where we had made reservations. We finally called them and heard the name "Hilton" mentioned, to which my husband replied, "did you used to be called the Wyndham hotel?" after a long drive to get there, we were upset at not finding the hotel we were looking for.

It is being remodeled and is very up to date. It needs plasma TVs. It was excellent value. It just changed over to a Hilton. They were still painting the lobby and changing everything around. The views and location are great and the rooms are like brand new.

Great location, newly renovated, beautiful rooms and comfortable bed. Nothing. We were very worried after reading all the negative reviews about this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised! We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was newly renovated, the decor was beautiful, the location excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. We asked for a room with a king size bed and they even gave us a room with a view on the lake! Great stay at this hotel!

The location was great and we have been very fortunate to get a window view of the lake, beautiful. One of the desk clerks was rather short with me when I offer to pay my parking fee with my ATM card instead of putting it on the cc already used. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and find it to be very comfortable and relaxing. We like to walk to the lake and enjoy the scenery.

Under renovation but very nice. We were given keys to an occupied room. The hotel is under some renovation, but they have tried to keep everything up and running. Some rooms required you to walk through construction areas. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. More attention to the little details would have been nice, e.g. Curtains not hooked up completely to the rods, beautifully decorated bathroom but with an old tub and no ability to put the plug in the sink-little things but when you look at how nice the room is, they stand out. Would not hesitate to stay there.
