Despite an old, warehouse type of appearance, no doubt due to the many conferences taking place in this centrally located facility, the place was actually very cheery, comfy, clean and secure. And I loved the well maintained, warm spacious pool! Staff were also top notch.

Great location, nice pool, excellent staff. Parking is not so great, but similar to other hotels in Montreal. This was really a great hotel. We arrived late (after 9 pm) but were treated with the same excellent quality of service we would expect at 4pm. Great and helpful concierge. The hotel let us check out late. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Had a wonderful time in Montreal while staying at this Hilton. The entire hotel experience was first rate. Staffers were always very courteous, helpful and friendly. The hotel has well appointed and comfortable rooms as well as a nice heated outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast brunch was also awesome and reasonably priced. The hotel is centrally located atop a metro station and just 2 blocks away from the busy main retail drag of St. Catherine's.

Location was great. In the heart of downtown, close walking to Old Montreal, the park, shopping, and dining. Easy access to subway, trains, and buses. Made getting around quick. Bed may have been the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Rooms and hotel were updated and very nice. A unique hotel that hits on all notes.

Bed was so comfortable and great sheets! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and willing to help. The pool was probably the best feature of this hotel. A must see!

The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious! The layout of the building was odd. It felt like a labyrinthine of sorts with the lobby on the top floors. Great stay, super comfortable, loved the bedding.Got a free headset to work out with on the treadmill with it's own TV set. The gym had free weights as well with a few good weight training machines. Had I known I would have brought my weight training program to work out there.

I thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean our room was spacious and clean, very nice bathroom great water pressure. dining was great in the restaurant but not so great in the lounge. Excellent location easy access to the metro. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would definately stay here again.

The Hotel Bonadventure was a plus for us. We came to Montreal from NYC on the Amtrak train, and the hotel is right above the train station. We chose the hotel because of our train travel and because we were unfamiliar with the city. In that it was just before Christmas, it was very cold outside. Connected to the underground city, we were able to spend our whole time in the complex without having to go outside in the cold. The staff was accomodating to our asking for directions.

The staff was very helpful. The bar was great. The doors closed with a loud bang and was disturbing. The only Free wi fi is in the lobby.

Stayed in the newly remolded executive rooms at the hilton Oct 4 through the 6 of 2007.Rooms where nice, clean and pleasant to be in. Seemed a little small, but not cramped. Bed was clean and comfortable. Executive lounge was a very nice touch. Had nice breakfast there. Cocktails after 5pm. Should have been complimentary but oh well. Would certainly stay here again.

The location was very good. Few minutes away from everything from Chinatown, shopping malls, touristic attractions to the Old Montreal. The room was clean and good space for work. I think that the wireless internet service should be free.

From reservations to check out it was the worst customer service I have ever had.

Some early problems upon checkin--safe was broken and AC was not functioning properly. Staff was unapolegetic, but did solve the problems. I feel they should not have happened. Bed was comfortable but room was small and bathroom was not up to par for price. Overall, staff was pleasant and helpful. However, there was a ministrike with employees that impacted our stay.

My husband and I and another couple stayed here after we went to see a concert. The concert was wonderful, as was the service and stay at the hotel! Everyone was very helpful from the point of check-in until we left including food ordered at 11:30 p.m. which was delivered very quickly and was excellent. My favorite part....the beds! This has got to be THE most comfortable bed I have every slept on...felt like sleeping on a cloud covered by clouds! Everything was very cozy! I would definitely stay here again."

Loved the location, excellent staff at check in/out, excellent concierge staff, excellent restaurant staff. In bad need of a interior renovation. Very old bad carpet, paint chipped in doorways etc. We also wished there was a hot tub. Very helpful and accommodating staff at check in/out. Our request for a change in bed size was made without hesitation. Beautiful views from room of gardens and pool. Clean if small room. Carpets need to be replaced and touch-up paint needed. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurants and dinner was not that great but the service was amazing. Breakfast was pricey but very good, and our waiter bent over back wards to please us. All in all, fantastic staff, great and beautiful pool and gardens, fantastic location.

Great ambiance andexcellent service. This was a great location for business travelers conducting activities within the hotel. The hotel does not have many floors, but just a long one.

"This perticular hotel need to be updated, the rooms are small, features in the room were broken, rug was dirty and room was smelly. Service at the hotel was non excisting, The only good service and frienlly service was from all the doorman especially the morning one."

Pool, toiletries in the room, exercise facility. Quite pricey in room internet service. Their concierge people are among the best I have dealt with they seem to be able to find the best suggestions for all types of their guests. The hotel offered free wifi in the lobby, but for pay service in the room, and it was quite pricey. Not sure why these high rated hotels still charge for Internet access, when so many other chains offer it for free, but I hope this will change sooner rather than later.
