I was looking for a good brand name hotel with reasonable price range. I came across this hotel while I was searching on the internet. Eventhough the hotel was a little farther from the convention center, but the commute was easier than I expected. Overall I would stay here again.

Hotel parking was full so they offered parking service. Young kids they offered smoking room and multiple request for air freshener were not filled. They offered smoking room even when we checked in early. We asked multiple times for air freshener or any spray but they said somebody was coming but never came and by the time we went out to get spray stores were closed. After we used swimming pools we needed new towels and nobody delivered. There were no soap, only one shampoo and cap in room. Water was leaking from glass shower door. Coffee maker wasn't clean. Staff was pleasant but outcome of service was very poor.

The hotel and its rooms look modern at first glance but so many problems led us to an overall disappointing visit. The staff was friendly & checkin was quick. In the room, we found a broken hook on the back of the bathroom door, a very slow draining bathroom sink, the glass shower leaked and we had quite a bit of water on the floor. There was no Do Not Disturb sign in the room so we were awakened to the maid knocking on our door. When the room was serviced, we were not given clean hand towels or wash cloths. We wanted to use the internet to check a listing of Balt. attractions participating in the Dollar Days admisson but the hotel wanted a minimum of $6.95 to log on to the internet (too expensive). We went down at 9:30am on Friday am and there weren't any newspapers left. We asked the front desk for a telephone book (wasn't one in the room) but they didn't have one. The fridge in the room is a stocked, overpriced minibar. We would have preferred a fridge that we could use to hold our water bottles, etc. Overall, we were very disappointed. We have stayed at nearby hotels which we would choose again over returning to this hotel. Our two night stay was prepaid months in advance. We spent nothing at the hotel so we had no bill. Got home to find that three days later, the hotel has a pending $100 hold against our credit card....we will definitely be calling about it. And the pool/jacuzzi was only open from 3pm to 11pm on the weekdays.

Our decision to stay at this Hilton depended on the reviews from previous customers. Because of the great reviews our decision to stay at this Hilton was EXCELLENT! The staff was friendly, the hotel was new and clean. Our room was perfect! The beds were comfortable and clean. Our children were very pleased with the exercise room and the pool was great. The life guard could have been more friendlier but she did her job. The photos on the web site were not misleading. The entire hotel looked the same as the web site. The price was excellent. I would give this a 4 star hotel if they would have had continental breakfast and if they did not charge us twice for our stay. Hummmmmm. I am sure it was an oversite but we shall see in 7 to 10 business days when they give our refund.

I had a very early flight out of BWI in the morning. I found their shuttle service to/from the airport was great except they are very punctual and they do not keep track of who is heading to the airport from the hotel in the morning. The problem with this hotel is it is isolated from any other restaurants and night life besides the inhouse restaurant and bar. I did like the rooms and did not check out the fitness facility or pool.

Large lobby area, clean and comfortable rooms. No microwave, shower water pressure was poor andno friendly greeting.

The clientele very pleasant, however complaint about stopped up sink and shower was never handled. Bathroom much too small and did not care for no grab bar in shower with tile floor that with soap and water did become slippery. Shower glass on 2 sides. Sink seemed awkward with extension into room rather than even with countertop. Bed could have been more firm and slightly higher. Floor dusty under sink and floor not super clean. Expected much more for the and name brand. The charge for 15 minute internet use in Business Center was not my idea of how to win customers. I'll go to Garden Inn next time for a few less .

We only stayed there for one night but it was very relaxing and the overnight staff was great.

The room was very attractive and comfortable. Although close to the airport, it seemed in the middle of nowhere. Entrance slightly obscure. Lobby rather barren looking, huge. Desk staff rather cool, fairly efficient. Room superb. Did not use any other facilities at hotel. Certainly well worth the Priceline price.

My mother 70 year old broke her leg in a fall the weekend we stayed at the hotel. The hotel would do nothing to accomdate her. She had to crawl up and down the stairs of the shuttle bus which was not handicap accessible. I left my jacket in the room which the cleaning staff turned in to the front desk. When I called, the front desk took my credit card number in order to pay FedEx to ship the jacket to me. It has been over three weeks, and still no jacket. When I call to inquire, I get put on hold or sent to voice mail. To date, no one has returned my calls. If this Hilton is an example of the entire chain, stay away.

The room was very nice and extremely contemporary. Friendliness of staff was not consistent from person to person. Very nice contemporary hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and personable. Great out of the way location for a romantic getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed the luxury and amenities of this new Hilton at a very affordable price. The service was great, the food very tasty and the rooms beautifully appointed.

Extra charge for wireless service in the room. My wife and I had a very comfortable stay, the facilities are clean and the personnel has a very customer focus service.

For our company, the BWI Hilton is a great place to hold a large conference. The overall service from start to finish was outstanding."

Used for an overnight stop between trips. Lively wedding party kept the place alive on an otherwise slow Friday night. This place is tucked back off the main road.

Great beds and comfortable rooms. Terribly slow internet service. The worst and you have to pay for what is free everywhere else.

I made the trip because my uncle was hospitalized in the cancer treatment center at the UM at Baltimore Medical Ctr. It was a convenient location to the hospital. The hotel was a nice facility. However, the business center was substandard. I had to take time off from work for this trip. I am use to traveling on business and staying connected with emails, etc. The business center's computers were very slow and expensive in comparison with other hotels that provide this same service. The cost was $6.95 for 15 minutes. It hedged on a rip off. I could only access approximately one transaction within the alloted time. For example, performing airline check-in. At other hotels, such as the Marriott, this service is free as well as checking emails and printing.
