No valet parking, room service breakfast for 2 was $70 and was disgusting, no hair dryer in room, very small.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff changed the towels whether they were on the bar or not.

The hotel is excellent, clean, and very modern; the staff is courteous and efficient. The location is perfect--right in the middle of a very active part of town. The only problem I had was that there is no free wireless internet. It cost me 14.95 dollars a day to have wireless internet in my room. Other than that, I have no complains.

The hotel was easy to get to and parking was convenient. The staff was very helpful with directions and very courteous. Our room had a great view of Fenway and a very large bathroom which was perfect for parents travelling with 2 college bound teen girls. The beds were comfortable and the TV was great. You can walk to Northeastern, Wentworth and Havard Medical School. Newberry Street shopping and cafe scene is also close by. The T was convenient and just a short ride to the Northend for delicious Italian food and pastries. We would stay here again.

The hotel was close to Fenway Park. Parking was expensive. The hotel was of high quality and provided a location right in the middle of Boston. It was relatively easy to get in and out of the city. Staff at the hotel was pleasant. We had a comfortable night.

We paid extra to have a room with a balcony but as the balcony doors were screwed closed it was impossible to get the benefit of the balcony and its view over Boston

Because our son attends college in Boston, we visit Boston about four times a year. The Back Bay Hilton is a solid 3 star hotel. Our room was large and very nice and we were given a room with a view of Back Bay. The location is outstanding; it is a quick walk to the Prudential Center with great dining and shopping. The subway (T) is also very close. The weakness of this hotel is the concierge staff. Hours are limited, and the staff was unable to estimate a taxi fare to me within the city: a basic task. Also, when we arrived in our room there was no water or coffee cups. That resulted in our purchasing water because of sloppy housekeeping. These are relatively minor complaints, however, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

What a fantastic Hotel and situated in one of the best parts of Boston and less than a minutes walk away from the Prudential Centre and T-Stop. Great views from the top floor and got the corner room we requested upon booking with [website]. Once Again have not been disappointed by Hilton Service . Will defintely be back and this will be our hotel of choice.

The hotel room was clean and modern, and appeared well maintained. The location is excellent for activities in the Back Bay area, but really all of Boston is accessable with the T system. I will likely stay there again when I have business in Boston.

Location and the room size were great. The location right in backbay walking distance to commons, freedom trail, shops, restaurants and fenway park was fantastic. We had a corner room which was very large with a couch and chairs.

Location and cleanliness. We had an excellent visit. Hotelwas in a great spot in a nice neighborhood with easy walking to almost anywhere you'd want to go.

We had a nice stay at the Hilton BOS Back Bay. The hotel is located near the outter NW side of Back Bay, so there's quite a contrast of neighborhoods depending on which direction you go. We booked two deluxe king non-smkg corner rooms on a Hilton Honors floor (one for me and my husband, and one for my parents) and also parked in their lot, ~$/day/in&out priv), which is fairly convenient, since the parking lot up the street on Dayton was almost the same price per day. The building (like many others in Bos) is triangular shaped, so the room configurations are not like the conventional rectangular shaped. Rooms were fairly good sized (room **17 had a view of the BackBay high rise buildings and Prudential Tower and **05 had view of Charles River and Fenway Park). However, the moving space in the bathrooms were quite limited, though it has nice sized vanity/sink. Beds were the 'heavenly bed's, but a bit on the soft side for us. Could hear a bit of water noise from neighboring room, but not much else. Had good complimentary coffee and small bottled water in room, so only got coffee at the Starbucks in the lobby once. Used their complimentary PC with Internet access and printed out maps and boarding passes (there are two in the lobby, and two more in the Starbucks sitting area). Overall a good experience, once you navigate your way around Boston's winding and fairly narrow streets.

The hotel charges were less but they cheated on parking. I stayed two nights and not moved my car from parking even then they charged $74 just for parking where as next door parking was available $15 per night easily.

We booked this Hilton for the AARP convention at the slightly discounted rate but even that was very high. I was afraid to try the Sheraton across the street because on the map it appeared to be right on I-95 highway. As it turns out the Sheraton (which costs $* a night less than the Hilton) was such a better location being attached to the Prudential Center with MAJOR shopping and restaurants. I was really disappointed that even at the exaggerated price there was NO breakfast of any kind at this Hilton - nor were there any other amenities that would set it apart or make it an attractive vacation option for you. Our housekeeper would forget something each day - one day towels, the next day ice bucket liner. The rooms were OK but the Hilton uses down comforters instead of blankets (and I understand the concept of being able to wash the duvet cover) but they were too heavy and hot for summer. We pulled them off. And does one need four pillows per bed? I would not stay there again. There are better/cheaper/nicer/more interesting options almost everywhere. I guess Paris Hilton needs the money - but I won't be paying her again.
