WOW! The service is amazing from the moment you drive up til you leave. Must say the price is high, but for a great weekend away you cannot beat it for the location.

A wonderful place to relax. Beautiful views. Staff who really pamper. Central to everything in the city. Highly recommended.

We really liked our ocean view room and its amenities very much, but were not informed that a cruise ship would be parking in front of it and blocking the view (until after we unpacked). The hotel was nice enough, the bathroom and shower facilities were excellent, but there is a lot of hustle and bustle from the Cruise boats coming and going. If you're going on a cruise, this is probably the place to stay, but if you just want to relax, time it when half the hotel is not checking in or out for their cruise. Also, they charge $60 for a roll away bed for your kid, I thought that was steep.

Accomodation used as anniversary present so feedback based upon information received (except for pricing of course). Fair to say that the hotel is possibly the marque 5-star hotel in Auckland so exceptations were high going in - pleased to advise that my guests were not disappointed.

Great price for a great location. I would have been happier if the Hilton appartments had air conditioning, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We were dissapointed with the room, as we understood all the rooms to be newly refurbished. The facilities were tired. The gym was not air conditioned, tired and limited for a 5 star hotel. We also paid extra for a sea view and got an ocean liner staring right back at us and cutting out most of the light. The cocktail bar was nice, we enjoyed a drink there. Over all we would not stay again as it is over priced for what we got in comparison to the competiotion, even at the [website] rate!

As a true Scotsman I can say these apartments have to be the best value in Auckland. Get one with a harbour view though, it's worth the extra although you might get your view blocked by a cruise ship if you are unlucky. Very good security and the staff are first rate as you would expect. We stay there almost every year and would not think of going anywhere else. Very romantic setting at night with views across the harbour and the lights of downtown Auckland. No air con but a fan is provided but at this price I don't expect air conditioning. Very close to the viaduct restaurants. Who could ask for anything more. The ferries are just around the corner also. Location, Location, Location!!!

Extremely spacious and very comfortably furnished. Everything was great and the pricing was awesome for such a big 2 bed apartment right on the waterfront. Will definitely go back.

Even though the apartment we stayed in was looking a tiny bit old, they were still very good value and representative of the high standard we were expecting from a Hilton establishment. The apartment was very well equipped and the amenities were first rate.

The location is very handy and the price was excellent. The apartment is very well equipped. I found the bed quite hard, however, and there were some broken shelves in the bathroom. The shelves didn't detract from the stay at all, but I would have liked a softer bed. I think you were supposed to be able to use the hotel facilities (eg gym, business centre) even though these were in a separate building, but no information was provided in the room about how to access them (if I was really worried I would have asked reception - they would doubtless have been only too happy to help). The hotel staff were very helpful, excellent customer service.

Unfriendly service, no notes on how to contact reception from the apartments, so when the extra bed that was ordered was not there we actually had to go down and then it still never arrived, nobody to help with luggage when leaving so had to make several trips. Reception quite a way away from the apartments when this was all brought up no compensation offered at all. Made to feel second class.

A very large self contained suite at a very reasonable price. No internet and that was surprising, and it was showing signs of wear. Small TV. Great outlook!!! And nice balacony
