Ladies from our church attended the Women of Faith Conference. I found the staff to be very rude and not willing to answer our questions.. We were charged $21.00 dollars for parking our car in the Hilton's parking deck. Even after our rooms were paid for, we had to leave a deposit of $50.00 for incidentals. Our parking fee was deducted out of that $50.00 dollars. This is the first time I've ever been charged for parking in a hotels parking area. Strange..... At checking in, the incidental fee was collected from me and at that time I had to sign a paper for the money. When we checked out, I asked for a copy of the paper that I signed and the man that checked us out said he didn't know what I had signed and wasn't willing to find out. I'm sorry but I believe your staff needs a little more training in customer service.

I'm not sure if my problem is with Orbitz or with Hilton. It would be nice to get an answer one way or the other. I booked my room 3 months in advance with the option to check off for a King size bed. When I got there to check in. They told me I got two full sizes and to deal with it. According to the young lady (very friendly and apologetic). The king size that showed on my reservation to her "was a request, not a reservation or gurantee." Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful. I have stayed there before and would stay again.

The rooms were dirty and the staff was rude. While in a great location, the hotel fell short of all expectations. The rooms were old and dirty, the staff was rude and lazy and the restaurant served overpriced frozen food from a staff that clearly hated each other and their jobs.

I found this hotel to be quite nice. It's located nicely in downtown and within reasonable walking distance to all the major downtown attractions. Even thought the hotel is undergoing renovations at this time, I found everything to be in nice conditon and the renovations caused no distractions or inconviencies. The staff were always professional and answered any and all questions I had. I inquired about directions, safety, nearby eating establishments and travel options, and they were always quick honest answers presented with a smile and in a sincere and caring manner. I did not use the hotel dining options, but did use the lounge and the service was excellent and courteous. The dining facilities appeared to be well staffed and clean. I thought the rooms were neat, clean, well maintained and very reasonably priced. Overall, my three night stay at this establishment was quite enjoyable, and if I venture to Atlanta again, I would definitely stay there again.

Came to Atlanta for business, and to see the Aquarium. I got the aquarium package, and requested an early check in. When I arrived for the "zip check in" the tickets and breakfast pass were "not available" yet, which was contradictory of the zip check in option that I had requested. I had also requested to arrive early, and that was not paid attention to. One trip over to the concierge station settled that, they handled the error quickly and respectfully. Enjoyed the rest of our visit.

It was a very good one night stay and could have been easy to stay a week.

Excellent service from staff at this hotel. Room was a mixed bag - nicely decorated and very comfortable bed. The TV was very small - I've seen better at budget hotels. Needed a really comfortable sitting chair. Good variety of dining options and a great location. Price was good for a top of the line hotel.

Great Hotel even let us check in early and upgraded our room to the executive level(loved the view!!!). Staff helped us find the shuttle for the baseball game (go bosox!). There were a few large groups but they didn't bother us at all. I knew ahead of time that they were only offereing valet parking so I just parked in the garage next door which was cheaper.

I liked the grand feel. No clock in room; no TV listings; windows do not open.

From the moment I got out of the cab I was greeted by the doorman; who lead me to the front desk. This doorman as well as all the other employees were well informed about everything around the Hotel. The Everyone always seemed to be smiling and very helpful if I looked like I was lost. The best was like being at home, comfortable and the linen even smelled good. Room service was excellent the cart was laid out wonderfully and the food was GREAT!. The several restaurants made it hard to go out of the hotel for any meal, they had what ever you wanted from causul dining to formal. Back the to doorman everyday I left the hotel he would give me instructions as to which way and the streets to get me there and back; if I could walk or needed to take a cab. Now thats what you call service! I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton and will definitely be back.

The Hilton Atlanta was in a great location. Walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coke Cola, the Atlanta Civic Center, and the MARTA station. We were just a $10 cab ride to this wonderful soul food restaurant called Mary Mac's Tea Room. We ate there twice in 5 days!Service was excellent with a super friendly staff. We especially appreciated our concierge on the 27th Executive floor, [...]. She was energetic, had a wonderful personality and made our stay one of the best ever.

Liked the decor and hotel staff. Valet service was expensive and very slow. Not worth it. I had major issues regarding the valet service. On two occasions, it took over 15 minutes to get my car once after asking the valet to allow my car to stay in the driveway, as I just needed to run to my room to put on another dress (I had multiple events to attend). Instead, he parked my car took me exactly 12 minutes to return and then I had to wait another 15 minutes to get it back. I was very late for my next event. There were no options other than valet. It wasn't worth the expense $28/night. Other hotels in the area had valet only as well. however, the service was much more efficient. At one point, while waiting for approximately 20 minutes, there were numerous valet personnel standing around. Too many people to employ to not offer good service.

The hotel was fine and in a great location. One really great thing is the access to I-75 if you are going in and out of Atlanta. You pay for parking, but you do at other large hotels, also. It is near attractions such as CNN and Coca-Cola (walking distance) and a short cab ride from Turner Field and the Aquarium (you can walk if it isn't 98 degrees out!). This is not a fancy hotel and it's age shows, but it was very clean.
