From the time we walked in the door the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! The location is great with the Metro just a couple of escaltor rides away.

Location. Room service. Small room, nice towels, small lobby. I moved from here to a Days Inn and find it much nicer!

Upon my arrival I was immediately informed that there was some problems with the air conditioning unit, but he was sure that the room he was plaing me in was working. The air was working most of the time, however it was as loud as a CSX Freight Train passing through for 2 nights. I was there to take an important assessment, needless to say I got absolutley no sleep Friday or Saturday night. I got up Sunday morning went to breakfast at IHOP across the street with plenty of coffee to prepare myself for the trip home. I could not wait to get home in my own bed. The bed was not comfortable either. The bathrooms were extremely small with no ventilation, The price was exellent and I would stay there atleast one more time to see if there was any improvements.

We always like this hotel. It is convenient to our daughter's apt., and right on the Ballston Metro line. It was Memorial Day weekend, so the place was overrun with student band members, and so although the kids were exuberant, goofy, and EVERYWHERE, the rooms were quiet. Added benefit is accessibility to Interstate, which is easy and direct without being right on the freeway.

Location, decor. Availability of complimentary service. AC in ST room did not work. We moved to another room that had a sink that was broken and a rail in the shower that was broken. Room was not turned down 2nd night of stay.

Excellent hotel for price and proximity to Metro station. The adjacent shopping mall, connected by sky bridge, was another added bonus. IHOP across the street from hotel or two Metro stops from Ballston and additional dining choices. Two complaints were with the room's A/C unit that didn't work properly and lack of ventilation in bathroom.

The Hilton was a most pleasant place to stay and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent location, close to metro and restaurants. Very pleased with my stay. Forget the IHOP across the street too crowded, instead, try the Amity Café across the street for an amazing breakfast omelet at a bargain price and free Internet access.

It's an excellent value for a city hotel around DC and the business traveler, but for the casual visitor, there's nothing to make you feel special. The gift shop and the hair salon are not ""in"" the hotel. There's no valet parking, no bell boy and no concierge, only self parking at 15/day and no workout room that I could find. The AC made enough noise to wake you everytime it came on. I didn't expect that of a Hilton. Very small lobby. It is well situated and very near the Metro.

Location to Metro and dining was great! Not that far from the city. Staff was great. Small problem with bill but they resolved it quickly, very approchable and pleasing staff.

Stayed at the Hilton Arlington for 7 nights. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Super easy to access the Metro from Reagon International Airport and all the sights in the DC area. Close to mall which had excellent choices in restaurants/shops. Walking distance to IHOP and other restaurants/eateries in the area. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The flat screen TV was great and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't like the check-in process.

Pros: Excellent location - right on top of the metro!, close to numerous restaurants, very nice rooms, excellent beds, friendly staff.Cons: No ventilation in bathrooms (traps humidity in rooms), charging (10/hr) to use the business center computer in a business class hotel is unacceptable, AC/fan is really noisy - kept waking my wife up, parking is expensive, no fridge in room.

Good location and friendly. Parking is very expensive and air conditioner is very load.

Metro was adjacent to hotel and staff were extremely helpful with directions. The hotel was conveniently located to the highway and to the Metro (just outside the door). Our room was extremely clean and welcoming. The bath linens were deluxe. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was great. Can't expect Hilton atmosphere. The hotel was excellent for DC sightseeing /Business trip. Hotel itself charges for their parking ($18/day) but public parking is located on sky walk connected mall and they cost only $8/day weekday $1/day weekend. If you go DC with your car, staying Arlington area might be a good choice to avoid all traffic and parking cost.

Great location, Metro station downstairs. We just needed a quick place to stay for one more night in D.C. We didn't check in until almost 2a.m, and the air conditioning was broken in several of the remaining rooms. The rooms were beautiful. I asked for an additional bed, as we only had a king room, and a family of 4. This was not a problem at all. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean. I would definitely recommend this to others in the future!

Located right next to Ballston Metro stop. Easy commute into DC. Parking expensive ($17 per day). Desk was helpful. Room was nice, but nothing special. Near mall, restaurants and next to metro stop.

Cute room with a nice view. Everything I expected a Hilton to be.
