This hotel is near perfect. The renovations make the lobby and exterior look extremely nice. The rooms are spacious, with new appointments that make them comfortable. The fitness facility is very nice with multiple machines, dead weights, universal machine, and mats. Only a few issues still remain. It seems every time that I visit one of the three elevators is broken. I am not sure why they can not keep them all running. My billing always seems to be an issue as I am on a corporate rate. Again not sure what the fix is for this one. Great hotel in most areas.

This Hilton hotel will be a gem. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious enough for a business traveler to be productive. The new fitness facility is great with new machines and individual TV so you do not get bored during your workout. Room Service was quick with good food for the late night menu. The best part of this hotel was the staff that went above the call to make my team feel at home.

From the minute I walked into this hotel I could not believe the service I was given. Bellstaff, Front Desk, Housekeepers, Gift Shop, Cameo Lounge, Harvard Street Grill, everything was just wonderful! My room was clean and upgraded, I got a GREAT rate! Everything was wonderful!

Room recently renovated - very comfortable and large. Charge for use of internet. Rooms large, comfortable and clean - recently renovated so very nice - everything worked, flat panel TV in room. Extra charge for use of internetin this day and age wireless (or wired as a last resort) internet should be free for all hotels.

The bed was really comfortable! Room service was not available all hours they said it was. The staff was excellent. I no problem checking in early and out late due because they weren't full. The staff in the restaurant was super friendly and efficient. I'm very hard to please when it comes to bedding and this was really comfortable!

Helpful staff, good facilities and well maintained. High internet and poor restaurant. It was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. There was a good exercise room and a good selection of TV channels. You are close to freeways as well restaurants and shopping without being right in the middle of everything. The restaurant was so mediocre.

Linens and fast check-in and check-out. Lack of sound proofing in hallways. Would most definitely recommend this hotel. I was concerned about the sound proofing in the hallway as I could hear every little sound from inside the room but it did not have enough traffic to make that an issue. Good coffee in the room and the linens were great.

This was the first time staying a a Hilton hotel and I enjoyed it very much. The staff was pleasant and the room was spacious. Not enough elevator access! Clean, spacious, and very accommodating, I would recommend this hotel to a traveler looking for a place to stay in that area. It is located near a shopping mall many good restaurants, gas stations, and many other places of shopping for what ever your needs may be. The rooms are very nice and larger then I first expected. Bathroom is kept up well; the shower is nice but not as nice as I have seen in the past. Over all I had a wonderful experience and was not in any way disappointed by this hotel.

Beautiful room, beautiful common areas, quick elevators, some great staff, good value for cost. Some really aweful staff, room features. Read above. Most significantly, some staff were just wonderful and some were really horid. I actually complained to the manager, which is rare for me. Biggest frustration: the pillows were heavenly in the room and I bought 3. The pillows they sent home with me were not those pillow! Burned. Overall, it was a frustrating trip, but the beautiful and room and some friendly staff made up for it, I guess. Also, the coffee maker was great and the coffee was really good. That's rare for me to say, too.

The bed was one of thee most comfortable I've every slept in. And very quiet was able to sleep in comfort. None. Compare to many other 3 star hotel this is one of the best. The comfort of the bed and the appearance are the best combination in my book.

Pool is open 'til 11! My glass of white wine at the bar was $12! Very nice hotel located next to the Arden Fair mall. The rooms are quiet (except ones by the elevator) and they have very comfortable beds. The outdoor pool is very nice and open later than other hotels' pools (11 p.m.), which our daughter loved. Downside is if you get a room on the concierge floor hoping to take advantage of late afternoon snacks or other amenities provided in a hospitality suite, these are not available on Friday or Saturday nights! They give you a 'free' breakfast buffet coupon instead.

The comfort and large space of the rooms and the pool area was great. We enjoyed this hotel greatly, the accommodations were more than expected, even under construction. We loved the pool area and the comfort of your beds were great.
