I had reserved a room on orbitz at this hotel. On the reservation I gave the names of both people who would be staying in the room. When they got to the desk, they were told that they did not have a reservation, and were asked to pay for another room. After over an hour on the phone with hilton, they finally "found" our reservation. I will not use this hotel for business trips anymore.

The swimming pool and cantina. Fuzzy TV picture and no shuttle for guests.

I read several reviews saying this hotel was bad, however, after staying there I really think it's a decent place... There were a couple of problems w/ the room, mainly the A/C wasn't that adjustable... so it was either full blast or not at all... not a big deal though... the hotel was a little old, but well maintained and they are under construction but we didn't even notice. I would suggest requesting a room in the tower as the cabanas didn't look as nice or very secure. The location was awesome and very close to everything we were doing. While there I wouldn't suggest the restaurant 'the cooperage' or something like that. It was awful and a waste of money and time. Note this is not the place for a snobby "I want everything brand new and perfect type" but more for people looking for a nice place on the cheap.

The room was comfortable. Everything was great

Close to three places I needed to be during my stay. Had to carry around two electronic keys, Dirty dishes left in hall overnight. The room was quite nice, clean and quiet even though hotel was quite full because of Native Pow-Wow in town. Cheap gas station nearby. If you're hungry, order the steak omelet at IHOP on Menaul NE. Closet was too small, would liked to have had a microwave and small fridge since there was no free breakfast. There was only one glass in the bathroom and no guide for TV programs. I didn't care for huge shower head. Over all I would stay again if needed.

Over the past 2 years I have stayed at this hotel twice and eaten in the upscale restuarant 3 times. This Hilton is not what you would expect for the price nor in comparison to other Hilton Hotels. The rooms are old and badly need renovation. The upscale steakhouse resturant is definetely not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel as there are plenty of other hotels which are much cheaper and have nicer rooms in Albuquerque.

The Hilton was the perfect choice for my romantic weekend getaway. We ate at the Rancher's Club and it was beautiful, although our waiter was very busy with other tables and did not cater to us. The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere and the staff was friendly. I will definitely come back.

The hotel looks much better inside than outside and location. Easy access to I40 & I25. Rooms are beautifully appointed and bed is very comfortable. Free internet.

Does not rate with a typical Hilton Hotel. Rooms unkept. Furnishings damaged. Dirty cups for coffee. Neighborhood is marginal at best. Service was good, food was average.

The hotel is in the process of remodelling and I was in an area that hadn't been done yet. The room was obviously dated - water stains in the tub, and a roach giving me company - YUCK! The hotel's location is close to airport, university, downtown, uptown, etc. but there really aren't many choices of eating or shopping (other than the hotel) in the immediate area - at least visually. Someone unfamiliar with the area would need a map and directions to go anywhere. A PLUS - The hotel has one of the best (BEST) fine dining steak restaurants in the city.

Room was newly renovated. Small bathroom - next to the highway. All of the hotel employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean but the building layout is chopped up and confusing. The Steak Restaurant wasnice, located in the hotel.

Do not stay there, the rooms in the ""cabana"" area are disgusting! there was mold and/or water stains on the ceiling, the furniture is falling apart, the entire floor smelled terrible. Picture bad 1960's decor!

Updated rooms. Hallway carpet wasdingy. The hotel is conveniently located at the junctions of I25 and I40 in the university area of Albuquerque. The hotel staff was friendly and the updated rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for affordable and nice place to stay.

I liked the amenities. The room service, movies, etc. Hotel was undergoing massive renovations. I would stay at this hotel again. It was convenient to get to and I was able to eat on location. This was good for me being that I traveled solo.

Restaurant was superb. Room decor is a little dated. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, the dining exceptional and the service well above expectations.

Friendly staff. Pool is now reopened and looks great. I had a very noisy room in the tower 2nd floor right over the air conditioning. Lobby elevator didn't stop on 2nd flr, had to use service elevator. Still renovating but workers were courteous. Good central location.

Quiet. It was under construction, but will be fine when they are finished. Good parking and a very pleasant staff. Room was clean and quiet.

The rooms are nice. The Construction made the pool off limits and parking stunk. Hopefully after the construction is done a lot of the normal parking is back and you have access to the pool.

The room and beds were quite nice. Construction on-site. The price was fantastic for 3-star hotel. Would stay there again. Would hope the construction would be completed.
