I did not have time to really enjoy the hotel. I arrived late and left early.I found that the staff was helpful.I loved the fact that their was a shuttle from the airport and to the docks.I wish I would of had time to stay longer.Everything was nice and clean and comfortable.

Very clean and spacious rooms; staff including shuttle were very accommodating. Bathroom was a little small with no exhaust fan. Very clean, spacious and upscale; staff were very professional and helpful; priced right and seemingly well under what you might pay for similar accommodations.

PROS: Comfortable bed (very nice, down bedding) Clean Room Clean Bath CONS: Personally, I love going to hotels & cranking the AC, I especially LOVE the 'white sound' those AC's give off:) But this hotel didn't have that at all:( It was a digital monitor, that took (a little longer than expected) to cool down. No noise whatsoever (which is con for me, but perhaps might be a pro for you:)) ALSO The pool boy was cleaning the pool all Saturday morning, at 7am! When I'm on vacation, I like to sleep in, and this cleaning he was doing was EXTREMELY loud. We were on the 6th floor and it woke-and kept-us up...so that was very disappointing. There was also construction going on next door the other mornings...so all in all, mornings sucked, but this is conditional as to where your room is located in the building..just be advised! OH! This was really bad, and I don't think a 'room change' would have helped, buuuuut, the 'black out' curtains...Yea, weren't really keeping the light out...They weren't that heavy duty & after your eyes adjusted to the dark, you could still see out of them-barely-but still...when you see 'black out' you'd expect extreme darkness! BUT! What made it even worse is the front entrance to our room, which had a huge gap under the door, and on all four sides of the door really, allowing the brightly lit hallway lights to come pouring in our room, even into the wee hours of the night! We had to put the pillows down to cover the crack on the bottom, but were out of luck with the rest of the cracks....That was also disappointing...The bathroom door lock didn't work. Not an issue for us, but for some that may be...& vent didn't work.

This hotel was awesome. Near the airport but couldn't hear a plane- not once. A block from the mall, although you have to drive to eat. We stay in hotels in Tampa about once every two-three weeks. This is the best we have stayed in. Make sure you get your room on sale, don't pay more that $95 a night.

We stayed for two nights. The room was very clean. The front desk was very helpful and gave us a map to find local restaurants. They even gave me directions to an area clinic for a minor illness.I would stay there again.

We stayed here on our wedding night :) When we arrived the staff was WONDERFUL!!! They had chocolate covered strawberries and water in our room when we arrived!! We asked if we had access to a DVD player so we could watch our wedding ceremony that night but they didn't have one. The man at the front desk called our room and offered to let us use his personal laptop to watch our ceremony! He set us up in the buisness office and we were very comfortable and happy! We stayed an extra day before we flew to our honeymoon destination and had many options of things to do in the area! The hotel is very pretty and we plan to stay there again!!! The beds were so comfortable and the room was very clean! Both of those things are VERY important to me!!!! I can't wait to stay there again....we didn't want to leave!

My friend and I wanted a "girls" getway. We were looking for a place to relax by the pool, enjoy some good food and do a little shopping, so we chose this hotel. It is close to the airport,shopping malls and great restaurants. The staff was great! A complimentary shuttle took us where ever we wanted to go (within 2 miles) and picked us up when we called. The drivers were very friendly and really wanted to make sure we had a good time. The pool was clean and since a lot of business folks stay there it was never crowded. We felt very safe at the hotel and the surronding areas. The beds were so comfortable!! We really enjoyed are stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends!

A good location for business travellers, right outside the airport. Front desk staff a bit slow processing check-ins, but not a major complaint. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom had plenty of towels of all sizes. Restaurant served a great breakfast buffet. All staff was very friendly. Hotel more suited to the buisness traveller than the tourist trade.

we were very pleased with the outstanding quality of the rooms and the friendly nature of the staff. it was a great value for the money and was very close to the airport...the van driver went out of his way for us. we would use this facility again as our first choice.

Good location. I don't think Paris would stay here. Hotel first brought a microwave to the room and told me I was wrong, I requested a micro not a fridge, they don't have any fridges available. I did eventually get one that barely worked. Why don't these hotels put in refrigerators anymore? Everyone likes at least a cold drink in the room don't they?

it"s a nice hotel, but not in a good location. shuttle service is only within a three mile radius.if you have children, no actitives to keep them busy. no shuttle service to busch gardens amusement park. there are only two computers in the business center. the restaurant in the hotel is a little pricey. take the shuttle to the mall, because they have better places to eat. like cheesecake factory, subway, chinese eateries, cinnamon bun, star bucks coffee, cingular store, just to name a few. the hotel room has no refrigerator or microwave. you are better off renting a car to see tampa, fl. rooms are nice and clean, maid service daily. staff is nice and friendly.

Courteous staff, excellent location. No refrigerators in room. Had a very nice experience. Great location with excellent shuttle service to airport, cruise terminals, shops and restaurants. Hotel rooms were very clean and the staff was very pleasant.

This hotel had excellent customer service. I like a place that remembers my name and goes out of the way to ensure that my visit is memorable. I attended a conference at another hotel and the Hilton shuttle not only provided transporation for me there but also took me everywhere I needed to go as well as picked me up. I would definately recommend this Hilton for not only business but for pleasure as well. By the way the onsite restaurant was great.
