I recently stayed at this hotel and must say I was disappointed in this Hilton property. I arrived very late in the evening. I am a single female traveling alone, they placed me in a room on the ground floor facing the parking lot and very close to an outside exit door. It was a very long walk with heavy bags from the front desk; I had to obtain the help of a kind maintenance man to show me to my room. The room itself was alright but not the cleanest for a Hilton. It was also very noisy as I was facing the parking lot. I most likely would not stay again.

friendly staff and beautiful gardens. Very relaxing environment. (1) restaurant on-site - Steak house. They do serve breakfast and lunch. High end restaurant. Coffee Kioske - serves starbucks. Gift shop open times hard to figure out. Excellent workout facility all precore equipment.

The room was spacious because we were in a handicap room. Nice bathroom. Had a desk area and chairs. However, the TV was too small for the room size. But, it was fine for the one night we were there. The bed was vert comfortable.

Excellent location, great room. Wonderful view. Very convenient to Pikes Market. Excellent location, great room. Wonderful view. Very convenient to Pikes Market. Everything was great except the 32 dollar parking fee.

While the hotel is VERY convenient to SEATAC Airport, it's missing some simple amenities that would make business travelers more comfy. The hotel has NO room service during lunchtime hours, no vending machines or gift shop for late night snacks like candy, etc and no minibars. The rooms could use an update with flat screen TVs. Media friendly rooms would be nice. Beds are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly, the food is freshly cooked, although a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet is $19 and nothing out of the ordinary. In the future I would re-book at the Airport Marriott. On this trip, it was clearly for the Hilton Honor points.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on a trip to Seattle to see the Mariners. They charged us 18.00 for parking (which is more than we paid downtown) and we had to walk for about twenty minutes from the parking garage to the hotel! The hotel is a complete maze. We will never stay here again. We stayed at the Radisson, which is right next door, and didn't have to pay for parking and the rooms were great. This hotel was a disappointment and the girl at the front desk was not very helpful when we checked in.

I just wanted to let you know how very, very surprised I was at the warmth of all the people I came across -- from the shuttle bus driver to the check-in person to any of the staff I crossed paths with at the corridor. I traveled alone and felt very comfortable and safe! My only regret is that I did not get points for my stay!

Long walk to room. I liked the convenience of seeing the departing flights on a TV in the lobby area and having a boarding pass check-in kiosk for our airline.

We have stay stayed here 4 times in the last 4 months and each time our room was immaculate. The beds are sooo comfy. Room service was quick and actually pretty good.It is really quiet there. The nicest part is that is is just across the street from the Seattle/Tacoma airport. Parking is rather expensive and inconvenient, but I felt safe.

Stayed at the airport Hilton for one night, not impressed. Wallpaper hanging loose in the halls, very few electrical outlets in the room, mold on the ceiling in the shower, carpet unraveling in spots, faucet loose at sink.I have not stayed in a Hilton for a few years, but I can tell you there are many Comfort Inns, and Holiday Inns that greatly surpass this Hilton, especially with their nickel and dime you to death attitude, 4. for bottled water in the room, 9.95 for internet. Doesn't seem like a Hilton to me!

No need for you to forget that room key to open the exterior doors to the hallways leading to the rooms, the security locks were never on during our stay. Room service trays were in the hallway, never picked up. The bathroom was too small for even a petite person like myself. Giving my toddler a bath was a chore in a half, I had to dry him off in the room due to we both did not fit in the bathroom with the door shut. Forget about calling the front desk, I called down at 4pm to get a new remote for the TV ( due to the one in the room did not work) Waited all night for them to bring one like they said they would, never came. The room was too hot, never mind the tacky hand written note on the thermostat that read " Do Not Touch ". Would highly not recommend, worst stay ever in a Hilton Hotel.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was a quick free ride from the airport, we were treated like celebrities, the beds were so comfy and we had a great driver that took us anywhere.

They upgraded our room so I could take my dog outside easier. Bigger beds and patio exit. Parking was expensive 20 dollars a day. It was very nice. Beds and linen comfortable. Service was great.

Incredible customer service. Well beyond expectations. Excellent hotel. I received exemplary customer service from all of the hotel staff, especially the complex manager, far above reasonable expectations.

"Arriving in US, the airport driver & hotel staff made us feel like welcomed guests. The beds were so comfy we didn't want to leave. The in-room coffee (pods) was better than most chains. Had a good but over-priced lunch. After dinner (elsewhere) it was time for a good night sleep on the Serenity (Hilton's bed)! Next morning @ 0745, our driver took us to Pike Place Market while kitty stayed behind;free to rest/roam about the room. No pet smell in room, either. Pool/hot tub, lobby w/fireplace were cozy. The restaurant is convenient but not great for familes traveling for an extended time."
