I arrived about 10 pm, slept, showered, and left about 9 am, without having much memory of the experience except that it was a long walk from the lobby to my room.

Nothing. Hotel staff. Generally apethic to how my stay went.

Front desk horrible. She told me my room was down the hall etc. After geeting lost, I asked for a map and she said " I told you its down the hall to the left etc". Room: Window not sealed correctly and it whistled. Phone didnt work, toilet leaked water and the tv remote didnt work. I called maint and they fixed most of the stuff Food: Waited 5 minutes for the hostess, she never showed. Went to the bar and waited for 10 minutes and no one offered to serve me or get a menu. back to the main resteraunt. Waited 5 more minutes and got a bus boy to find the hostess. I did inform the day manager about these issues 5/1/08

We were only there for a few hours since we were at an activity with friends but we found the room spacious and well decorated. The hotel has undergone extensive renovation and the results are wonderful. Everything in the room down to the shampoo and soap were top quality. Bed was very comfortable and towels were thick and nice. There were even 3 sets of towels in the room for two of us. There is a little lake complete with ducks behind the hotel which makes it feel very peaceful and serene. Weekend rates are very reasonable for the quality of the room. Their speedy checkout system is also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The Sale Lake Hilton at the SLC Airport was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The room was very well decorated and had all the little niceties like coffee pot, hair dryer, etc. Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and efficient. It was so nice to be able to leave my car there and be shuttled back and forth to the SLC airport in a quick and efficient manner.

Check in took about 15 minutes. Only 1 person working at the front desk, he answered the phone several times before helping me. The service at the restaurant was even worse. About 5 minutes to be seated even thought they were empty, poor service from ordering to food prep time, had to ask for a high chair for our baby 3 times. Room smelled musty and there was construction going on in the adjacent wing. There was a dog show at the hotel. Dogs were barking all night and they were in the common areas, day and night. Overall poor experience.

The presentation of the bathroom amenities was very nice, made the hotel seem good. The view from the ground floor room looked out into a parking lot. Pleasant and courteous staff. Room service available. Room was spacious, bathroom cramped for how much space the rest of the room had.

Although the staff was friendly, they could cover the fact that the condition of the hotel was not very inviting. Restaurant closed, we used the pool area, however the on switch for the Jacuzzi was completely outside this area covered with unused chairs.

Car was burglarized in parking lot andstaff was very unhelpful. Parking lot is not well lit, our car was burglarized and security staff as well as front desk staff was very unhelpful. We were also told that this happens frequently in there parking lot and that they target out of state license plates. Not ideal for an airport hotel.

The onsite lake was fun. Room service was speedy and excellent. We were double billed for room service. We would gladly stay again at this Hilton. The staff was very warm and friendly without being fake. Room service arrived quicker than promised, was priced fairly, and tasted great. Housekeeping respected our do not disturb sign and let us sleep in while still getting the room clean once we did step out for the day (no phone calls to the room asking if we'd like fresh towels). The room was spotless and had up to date decor. We were upgraded to a lake side room for free and without asking. There is some noise related to a nearby highway and the airport, but less than you'd expect given the location. It didn't interfer with our sleep. Our only negative experience was noticing in our final statement on the morning of checkout that the room service bill was much too high. The front desk staff quickly discovered that we had been double billed and apologized for the error. My three year old son had lots of fun walking around the onsite lake and watching the different kinds of waterfowl. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel, comfortable beds. The area for the pool was too cold, water temperature was good but air temperature was on the chilly side. Hotel staff was friendly, location of hotel is in good proximity to airport. Within minutes of area attractions. Beds are very comfortable, and rooms are very clean.

They were very accommodating to me travelling with a baby. The first crib they brought was not in good working order. Very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk people to the housekeeping to the restaurant staff.

I loved their mouth wash and other bathroom amenities. It was very comfortable and clean with friendly staff! The bed was absolutely heavenly!! I enjoyed the fact that they had both an indoor and outdoor pool.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Alittle confusing finding the address. Aclean, comfortable place to stay, friendly efficient staff, would not hesitate to stay here again.
