The hotel was great for the timing of the all star game and really convenient with the lightrail being so close. However, we had to go down to the front desk many times to ask for things that housekeeping fogot to put in our room or to complain about adult clips that we saw while flipping through the channels. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel and the beds were really comfortable. I'd reccomend it.

Wonderfully comfortable beds, full Hilton experience. You have to pay $10 to park. I have stayed at the St. Louis Airport Hilton a few times over the past 10 years. The hotel is reasonably priced compared to other upscale hotels in the St. Louis area. It's not convenient to any of the downtown sights, but it's right off the highway adjacent to the airport and rental car lots. On this stay (June 09), the rooms were very classy and up to date with Hilton's current furnishings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was swank. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

We stayed at the Hilton by the airport in St. Louis MO. The room was great and the front desk staff was very helpful. When we came down in the morning to check out and have some breakfast it smelled wonderful. There was no price for the buffet that I saw but when I asked how much it was they told us $15 each. I don't travel alot and usually stay in a hotel that has a continental breakfast, which is fine with me because I am not a big breakfast eater. With the Hilton being a more upscale hotel I guess I should have expected it. The waiter wasn't that good and when we were finished the cashier had to go find him so we could pay. He never came back to check on us during our meal. Between my husband and I, I don't think we even ate $15 worth or food but I guess we made up for those that eat more than that. The food was good and we paid the $30 but I still feel it was overpriced for breakfast.

They forgot to give me my 4am wake up call. Luckily I set my own alarm, otherwise I would have missed my flight. Their long-term parking is more expensive than that at the airport, and it feels less secure. I got there at 9:45pm and had to walk a great distance to the lobby. The parking lot did not feel secure. When I returned to get my car via the airport shuttle, the driver seemed half asleep, and more concerned with getting me out of the shuttle so he could smoke a cigarette. He didn't listen to anything I told him about where I was parked. When I tried to leave the "secured" parking area, I had to wait for the female employee to "wake up" so she could let me pay to get out. The fee was 35 for 3 days, and when I gave her 40, she didn't give me change back until I said something to her. Not the brightest or most professional staff. Great location and my room was really nice. I just wish they had a better parking situation and more on the ball staff.

The room was very comfortable. The weather was hot and the room was cold. I really enjoyed myself. I was there for a family reunion and everyone just enjoyed the room and services.

Lobby excellent, nice room, 9 Ft pool. Beds way to soft, 10$ parking may be charged. We got out of it because of a short stay. Great except for super soft beds.

As a Diamond member with Hilton, I stay with Hilton properties over 100 nights a year. This is by far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. The parking is confusing, long walks and very prone to break ins. The rooms are outdated with poor furnishings and generally dirty feeling. The towels are not what I would take on a camping trip and lastly the room service is on par with the rest of the property. I will NEVER stay at this location again. Do yourself a favor and keep on looking

I had an expectation in my head about what a Hilton hotel is and suppose to be as I have stayed around the world at all of the brands. I walked in and was greeted by a bellman and a manager and was amazed by the color changing lights in the lobby and the logos on the floor. I had stayed here a couple of years ago and it looks like a new hotel now. Checked in and got to my room and the wow factor happened again as the room was brand new and very comfortable. I am wary of staying at airport hotels as they are usually noisy but I didn't hear any planes at all. Weather was hot but the AC kept things cool and I had a great trip. I recommend this hotel as it was very comfortable and had some cool factors with the lobby renovation.

Despite the "secure" parking lot with gates and a security guard with a camera at the entrance, there is NO SECURITY in the parking lot. We parked right by the back door and awoke to find our window bashed in and items taken from our car. While waiting on the police, I asked the clerk for a copy of their safety policy (which every hotel has). She said they didn't have one. I asked for a manager, and none were coming in that day. She called, and the manager said there is no written policy. I asked about security tapes and was told there are none on the parking lot. When the police officer arrived, he was very familiar with the parking lot and told us this happens a lot and suspected that someone knows there are no security cameras in the back lot, so they hit it all the time. While leaving the parking lot, we noticed a guard at the gate with one camera at the entrance. I asked the guard if this is a secure lot, and she said confidently "yes, there are cameras all over this lot." THIS IS NOT TRUE! The police and front desk clerk made it clear there are no cameras, and they aren't responsible for loss. They've taken extra steps to look secure, but it's not, and they know about the repeated thefts. Also, the a/c unit in the room has a very loud buzz, and the housekeeping staff forgot to leave fresh towels in the room. Don't be fooled by the appearance or Hilton name. We travel often and are silver HHoners members, so we love Hilton; but we'll never stay here again.

Needed a place to stay to visit our daughter who was graduating from bootcamp at Fort Leonard Wood MO. THis was the perfect spot. Close to base and lots of places to eat at close by.

Clean, well decorated, friendly, high quality, amenities. Had to pay to park. I'm very impressed with the hotel we stayed in. It was worth every penny we paid. It was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable.

Staff was the best I have experienced in the past year. Check-in was fast and efficient, room service was outstanding, and housekeeping was extremely helpful.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The downside was that the pool was closed, but other than that, it was very enjoyable! I will definitely stay at the Hilton in the future! Another pleasant surprise was that the hotel was right next door to company that I rented my car from. Talk about convenient!

This place was the worse ever. I called the maid service because the bedding was dirty,a shift change and 2hr wait, they came. Kids ran up and down the halls. At 1:30am a boy looking for his mother, knocked on three doors up our hall.We had no air conditioning in our room and when I called about it, we were brought a fan with no front on it. I ask for clean glasses for the room and was told that they didn't remove the dirty ones, they washed them in the bathroom sink. 20 kids in the pool and hot tub without supervision. It made me wonder if the kids weren't the employees.

This property may be located conviently to the airport, but it is not located in what feels like a safe area. The parking lot charges do not make sense for this property. And, it was very difficult to get a space in what felt like the more secure area at the front of the property. Check in was not fun. The clerk was cranky and never even bothered to say thank you. I will never stay there again.

There were available computers in the hotel lobby that saved me when I forgot to bring my laptop charger on the trip. Dining area was satisfactory, with a wide range of food options. The hotel bar was pleasant and comfortable, but the service was terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes to place a drink order when the bar was well under-staffed. The only negatives of my stay involved having to wait and having my patience tested. Otherwise, I give a good recommendation.

It was updated and very clean. The bath tub didn't drain correctly.
