Great staff from management to housekeeping. Rimrock bar was great. Ask for mikey, service from him awesome and heather and lady in the mornings.

Clean, comfortable and close to airport. Restaurant was not open for breakfast. It was clean, nice amenities and comfortable. The handicapped room was a somewhat of a tight squeeze for a wheelchair, but the bathroom was adequate.

Stayed here when my east-bound flight was cancelled due to weather. All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the food was good. Since I hadn't planned this stop on my trip, I didn't have a car rented, but they are available for rent at the hotel. However, the hotel shuttle was available to take me wherever I needed to go (for a very small fee. Shuttle to the airport is no-charge.) Should my plans take me to Phoenix again, I would definitely stay here.

Decor and comfort of the room were great. This was a wonderful hotel with friendly staff and a beautiful, comfortable room. We were able to drop our Hertz rental car at the hotel and take the hotel shuttle to the airport. Very convenient.

The room was large and beds were comfortable. Charged 10$ daily for internet service. Great hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and big and clean. Beds were comfortable. Free 24 hour shuttle to airport was a plus.

Toilet ran all night. No sleep for 3 days, management bad. Would never stay here again, no sleep for 3 days due to faulty toilet. Complained daily, never fixed and results no sleep for 3 nights. Management offered a free breakfast and 2 drinks as compensation for this experience, not acceptable. Hotel staff thought this was acceptable at a Hilton airport property.

Very convenient to airport. Staff was excellent. Went out of their way to take care of me. The hotel is in an out of the way location to me. But, they do provide easy transportation. The service was very good. Very friendly with complimentary bottled water. Front desk very pleasant and sincere. The room was spacious, clean, and had nice furnishings. On my return the shuttle driver made an extra trip just for me because I was late and missed the scheduled service.
