trip was paid for. still they wanted a credit card on file.wouldnt tell me how much they were authorizing. Had to ask 5 times how much an extra day would be. room internet was ok but couln't print or fax anywhere front desk and internet customer support was totally useless wasted several hours trying to print a boarding pass. Business center required a credit card to use. room only had one trash can so small and no liners. one bed was broken saged crosswise construction across the street was noisy and the ac was on deep freeze or off the complementary toiletries were horrible would have been better with nothing. get the shower on a comfortable setting and it squealled the whole time some relaxing shower. Food was pricey but very large portions gift shop not well stocked for travelers the associate wasnt even aware of what they had too busy talking on the phone personal call for the price I've had a much better stay at theh motel 8 for 3 nights for the cost of one at this ...place just keep on looking do not stop

They have a breakfast buffet, better not sleep in too long or you will miss out on it. My family and I arrived down stairs to eat breakfast around 10:05 a.m., they were CLEANING UP THE BREAKFAST BUFFET already to put the lunch buffet out. Crazy!!! Pool is so-so. Otherwise, the food and everything else was great. Will stay there again.

Perfect for what we needed.

Our unpleasant stay started when on check in I found the "desk clerk" rude. Granted there were four people in front of me but there were three people working behind the check in desk. The "gentleman" I cheked in with may have been haveing a bad day but I have had better service at a Super 8 motel. So, we make it up to our room and we walk in to a queen size bed in a DUMP! There was masking tape holding up the wall paper, not a good sign when I had reserved and paid for a King Deluxe room. When I call the front desk they kept me on hold for ten minuets, while they checked to see if they had a room available of the type I had reserved. When the :desk clerk" came back on the phone he informed me that he did in fact have a room so I needed to come back to the front desk to get the key. So back down we go carrying our luggage (no carts around) to get the keys. Our new room only had a big crak in the wall above the window but at least there wasn't any duct tape. The bed sagged to the middle so my wife and I could only use half of the bed - the middle half. The one redeming thing about the stay was the housekeeping staff, they were supurb! I would happily pay twice the price and stay at some of the Econo Loges than ever return to this place

It started out 'rocky' when the cardless key machine was broken. Only way to get into your room was by an assisted hotel employee. The problem was corrected within 30 minutes of my settling into my room. Otherwise, superb service.

This was my first time staying at a Hilton Hotel and I really enjoyed it. We stayed for one night - to make sure we got to the airport in time the next - and it was the best night sleep I had all week. You could see the planes taking off - but you couldn't here them at all. Everyone was very nice and helpful during our short stay! We had dinner in the sports bar with friends that live in Philly and the food was good too.

Close to airport. Thin walls, could hear man talking on phone in room next to me. Close to airport, clean, efficient staff. bad lighting in room and can hear person next to you talking on the phone.

Hilton is synonomous with customer service. This hotel was clean and the staff were professional and courteous. Room service was on time and the food was great. Search for good Internet rates to save money. We're definitely sold on the Hilton products now.

Both my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton at Philadelphia Airport. We needed to stay close to the airport but wanted luxury since it was our honeymoon night. The room was spotless, the bathroom inpeccable, with great C & E products. We ordered room service that was both timely and delicious. We didn't even have to leave the room for breakfast, it came to us! We slept confortably on the king sized bed and enjoyed the large flat screen TV. We will definately go back for our one year anniversary. Maybe next time we will try out the pool and restaurant :)

We stayed for only one night, but it was wonderful. The front desk staff was very pleasant.Once we got to the room it was nice and clean. The bed was awesome it was very comfortable. Overall is was a plesant stay, and I will be returning in the future.

Very comfortable beds, and linen. Great desk in room for a business traveler. Great room service. Was a little to get a hold of anybody, but once you did, they came through. Nice gym & pool area. Overall good service, and nice stay.

It was a roomy, clean place to sleep. It was unsocial- unromantic and had no refrigerator. Great for business travelers! This hotel gets the job done: you will have a clean place to sleep and store your luggage. The bed is huge and the bathroom is nice. There was no refrigerator, but the coffee was very good!

The Hilton Hotel at the Philadelphia Airport was very disatisfying. I had never been to the Philadelphia area, and had chosen the Hilton over other hotels in the area of the airport, based on the higher room rate. I'd reasoned that it must be nicer than the other airport hotels as the room rate was about $30 more per day. I won't make that mistake again. The room was not clean and the hallways smelled. There was a burned out lightbulb and the rack for the toilet paper roll was broken. The shower had a shower curtain (ICK). The TV remote was broken. I had to keep putting the batteries back into it as they kept falling out. The worst part for me though, was the fact that the business center had no free internet. You actually had to pay to go on the internet. I understand the hotel does have wifi for those who travel with a laptop, but I don't travel with a laptop. It's been a very long time since I'd encountered a hotel that did not have free internet access. The staff was not friendly. When I asked where I might fill up my rental car the girl at the desk acted as though I was bothering her.
