I was worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews. But I have to say, the hotel was great. My rooms was clean and the bed was the best! They must have put in new carpet in the hallways because it still had that new carpet smell. I really liked the Max & Erma's restaurant in the hotel. The service was very good as well. The older lady in the lobby gives everyone a big hug to welcome you each day. You don't see that very often. The hotel is building an indoor pool, but I didn't hear any noise from the construction. The fitness center had great PreCor equipment with personal tv's. Overall, a great hotel and I would stay there again.

Staff not customer service oriented at all. They had to be approached--then you waited for a brief inconclusive answer at their convenience. In their eatery, Max & Emmas, we found our waiter to be very nice, refined in service, but we waited an hour for our food. The cafe was virtually empty! The beds were nice, but the pillows were old, flat, and lifeless.

The hotel was located in a good area close to local restaurants and shopping as well as the interstate. The shower and bath tub were small for a tall person, could've been bigger. The hotel overall was nice.

We reserved our room with Hilton on the Hilton website. They give a great description of beautiful rooms and bathrobes with deep tubs and statements of relaxation and a spa like experience... all BS. The ONLY thing this room had going for it was the bed was soft and plush as described. The bathroom was SMALL. the bathtub SMALL bathrobes and a spa like experience... only if you pay for it by getting a room ofn the executive level... which we did happen to go check out and the rooms EXACTLY the same jus had a bathrobe on the ends of the bed what a joke! Out window had the view of the top of the roof... like you could step out onto it if you wanted to. And did I mention the chicken wing and dead pigeon 2 feet from our window? Noisy air condioners just outside the window with squeaky belts. And a staff that was entirely unhelpful or sympathetic. We checked out early and have lost ALL faith in the Hilton brand. Wallpaper was coming off the wall, large nail holes, poor patch jobs on the wallpaper, crap stain on the leather chair at desk. I could keep going!! DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

"This hotel was a joke. I got chraged for using the phone for local calls. I also wanted to use the computer but i chose not to because i would have to pay a login fee and be charged by the minute. I also felt that i overpaid for the food at the hotel restaurant. I woul not recommend staying at this hotel. I have had superb experinces at the Holiday Inn, Double Tree Resort, and Courtyard at Marriot."

Rooms were clean, indoor and outdoor swimming pool option was great, fitness was 24 hours open, security was available at night. Light coming from under the door at night wasn't pleasant. Nice place to stay, not far from the highway and there was a mall not too far from the Hotel. Also, there were many other places where I could eat if needed. Good deal for the price I paid.

Very Responsive to special requests. Jacuzzi was dirty and water had a film on it and moldy tint. This hotel was excellent. Double bed rooms were spacious and the beds were firm and supportive. Hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. Entire hotel was very clean and quiet.

Excellent club level. They closed the lounge for the holiday. Everything you would expect in a 3 star hotel and more. For $20 a night, you can upgrade to the club level and receive lounge access.A larger room and amenities (robe, etc.)

The pool. The bathroom was not clean and that was disgusting. There are no microwaves in the rooms and the restaurant closes too early. I like the hotel because of the location, but I think that the hotel clerk was very rude and that the hotel staff needs to get on the same accord. The shower had hair everywhere and there was used shampoo and soap left in the shower.

Great location and plenty of nearby food and attractions. Extremely long walk from parking to the room. Also was unable to take stairs. I don't like to take an elevator to go one flight up (lazy!)

Very nice room and coffee. Great location with nice restaurant. Modern pool and exercise rooms. Loved the in room coffee and the beds.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom towels were luxury. Restaurant very small. Difficult to maneuver with two infants. The staff was very warm and helpful. I needed some dish detergent to wash baby bottles and they offered to wash them.
