The hotel was beautiful and the staff was pretty friendly. The breakfast was $20 a person each day and it was horrible! Nothing had any taste at all! even the fruit taste like nothing and I don't know how you can ruin fruit. It was hard stale food that looked like it had been sitting the since the day before. Don't waste your money on their food. Other then that they charge you $3.50 each bottle water in your room and they don't tell when their charging you for it till the end.We didn't even use them and they charged us, so we had to complain. Also, they charge you $15 a day to park your car there and the booklet they give says only $10 per day, but they charge you $15 a day on your bill unless you say somthing about it. And we found a gross condom wrapper under our bed. Now you know thats unsanitary! Pretty hotel, but no way will I go back!

The location was great. The hotel is close to the airport. The staff was very helpfully. Watch out for parking fees!! $15.00 a day! We stayed during prom weekend; so it was very busy. I think the hotel was understaffed during prom night. However, I think that during a regular stay (no major event) the hotel would have been more than adequately staffed. I couldn't believe the $15.00 per night parking fee. The rate I paid to stay was great, but they feed me to death after check in. $25.00 to self park in handicap! Watch your final bill! My family and I enjoyed the stay. The staff was very helpfully. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

No fridge in the room, no groceries, no restaurants nearby - only expensive hotel restaurant. However expensive breakfast was excellent !!! Good service, good location, heated pool, sauna.....would stay again.

This was my first booking with the Hilton. I loved this hotel! It was close to my meeting places, yet it felt like I was on a little vacation at the end of each day. Very nice, big elegance, clean, well air conditioned, great service and great food (chicken tortilla soup, yum!) The only bad thing was when the large airplanes took off close to the hotel in the middle of the night. This happened only once or twice a night (that it woke me up). I'm sure most of the population sleeps heavier than I do. I'm a lite sleeper, so I just put cotton in my ears, and sweet dreams... Next time I am in Miami, I will definately book the Hilton Airport West for my entire stay! It was beautiful and relaxing at the end of each hectic day.

Location, shuttle to airport for cruise, room, andpool was excellent. Restaurant was a little pricey. A great hotel to stay at for connecting to a cruise. If you are arriving on a late flight and are worn out this is perfect. Really nice pool for a morning swim.

Filming a movie with George clooney in it. Nothing. The hotel was gorgeous. I was expecting the airport hotel to be old and nearly but it was simply fabulous and the price was awesome! Very happy experience! Thank you Price line.

The hotel was very busy. Not prepared for our check in. Did not put dining coupons in check in packet. Rude staff at front desk. Dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was the worst. Slow and non-existent service, food that had sat under a heat lamp too long, shrimp that was hard as a rock. Parking was a nightmare. We paid for long term parking ahead of time, when we returned from the cruise the parking lot attendant would not let us leave. She said that we had not paid for parking, when the charges were clearly listed on the receipt. This whole stay was an embarrassing mess.

Spent a little extra for the name and the supposed location, but when we got to the airport we watched other hotels shuttles come by every 5 minutes while the first Hilton shuttle took 30 minutes and was full, so we had to wait for the next one. When we got to the room it smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, the a/c had to turned to max to keep the room bearable and the lamps weren't plugged in. When we got up in the morning the coffee in the room was terrible and we had to dislodge the sugar packets from a dried sugar/cream glue that had obviously been in the room for a while. Having given up on the coffee we went downstairs and paid $16 for two cups of coffee and two 4oz containers of yogurt. All this was emphasized when we spent the next night in a Hampton Inn (a Hilton chain) that was clean, clean smelling, had great coffee, great service, free breakfast, free internet and cost $30 less.

We stayed at the hotel for one night before and after a cruise. It was a great hotel at a very reasonable price. Grounds, lobby, room, pool, restaurants, public bathrooms all very clean. Not much to do without taking a cab somewhere though. One-way to Bayside and Port of Miami 25 - 32 to South Beach. All were about 10 - 15 minutes from hotel. Drinks were very expensive (16 for a 1 rum/coke and a beer)- suggest bringing your own for a day at the pool. Restaurant food was good but service was a bit slow - especially if you don't do the buffet. Would definitely stay again though - very nice place.

We booked this hotel for a long weekend. It was billed as pet friendly and had a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. The money didn't bother us. We thought it was fair for any special cleaning that my be required. Unfortumately, the money was not spent on cleaning the room we were assigned. The smell of dog urine was actually so over powering we opened a window in 95 degree heat. Hilton please use the fee for what it is supposed to be for.

I had a room with a balcony but view was bad. The hotel is located so close to the airport that you can't sleep because of landing flights...
