We were there as a family to stay over before our airplane left in the morning. The hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The morning shuttle to the airline was convenient.

Only stayed one night at the hotel but the room was lovely and clean and airport shuttle from/to hotel was good, would recommend to anyone.

Stayed for ten days paid 18 dollars a day for parking. Then on second to last day they canceled my parking pass because they thought we were leaving that day. The probem was that the had our rooms mixed up with someone else on the same floor. My family had to wait out in front of the room for 30 minutes and I was stuck in the parking garage for 30 minutes while security went up to our room like we were criminals. Stay away. Did not apologize or make any restitution. Also room service could not get our order right and it was just salads that cost 16 dollars. Did not tell us that the pool would be closed for repairs the whole time we were there.

It was great located to the airport - 24 hour shuttle service - every 15 minutes. 24 hour starbucks serving. Only 30 minutes to Santa Monica. Fine hotel.

Pretty large hotel, right outside LAX airport+ Shuttle every 20 mins (which they share with Sheraton Four Points hotels)+ Can be pretty crowded as there are conventions/conferences happening all the time+ Low ceilings in the room, at least low for me+ watch out for the noise from the planes taking off. Make sure to ask front desk for the rooms which are not facing runways+ Restaurants are fairly good and Bistro is open 24 hrs

Everything was clean, the rooms were quiet, and the amenities were great. The best part was its proximity to the airport, car rental locations, and various other places.

Great location for family or friends coming to and from LA. Very pricey for travelers, housekeeping cleaned and made the beds with dirty sheets or same sheets from night before. The location was great for what I needed at the time I was totally disappointed with the housekeeping staff. Dirty upon checking into a new room was not good, and not changing the sheets after two days, just made the bed. The manger of housekeeping took care of things after a few phone calls to the front desk asking for housekeeping. He gave us free breakfast the next morning.

The reviews I read were not so encouraging, however I took the risk and I don't regret it. The room had a great view and the only noise I got to hear was the airplanes landing, but not loud enough to bother my sleep. Convenient location for business and if you have a car. The bed was great and I had a pleasant night.

The rooms are comfortable and the conference facilities are fine. Staff is very courteous and problems get resolved right away. But their restaurants are overpriced and there is nothing nearby. So you are pretty much stuck there unless you have a rental car.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have experienced. Restaurants were over priced. I enjoyed my stay, it was close to the coast highway, the beaches and Promenade shopping center in Santa Monica.

This hotel was much better than I expected. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel was decorated for the Christmas holiday with a beautiful gingerbread house in the lobby and wreaths all over the hotel. The Christmas dinner was magnificent! The restaurant staff made my Christmas dinner extra special.

toilet didn't flush, sliding windows didn't slide. Got another room & had same problem with sliding windows
