This was a great location if your looking to be in the downtown area. Also, a very short ride to Mission beach to hang out for the day by the ocean. Very quiet, off the beaten path but in a very accessible area to get to everything. I would stay here again

Our room was a Bay View. It was the BEST EVER watching the boats. It was Really Beautifull at sunset. The only problem we had was the maid took out the used towels/washcloths/hand towels and forgot to bring NEW ones in. One call to the desk and this was fixed. Over all a Very Good and Relaxing Stay. THANK YOU

For the price, you get a brand name hotel. One thing they fail to mention...there is a mandatory $17.00/day parking fee for vehicles. If you have a car, there is NO way around this. That raises the price per night, so for us, we could have gotten a better deal somewhere else. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. The location is close to the airport but pretty much nothing else. We wont stay here again!

Requested Non-smoking room. Room they gave us smelled like a carton of cigarettes was just smoked. When we complained about it, the front desk offered us a can of Lysol Spray.We threatened to leave, and they moved us to another room. This room was a utility closet, with a bed. It was sandwiched between the elevators and the hotels massive Air conditioning units. The view from our balcony was the rear of the air conditioning units, the facade wall to block the view of the air conditioning units from the parking lots, and a rooftop covered in cigarette butts and trash. All night long, we put up with the sound of the elevators and the constant rumbling of the A/C units, which sounded like a Semi Truck idling through the room.We complained, and Hilton's apology to us, was to refund the 26.00 parking fee they charged us.Avoid this hotel !!!!!They do not care about their guests.This was probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel in all of my 50 years.

Beautiful view of harbor. Staff was very helpful.We were expecting queen size beds. We got full size. Bathroom was small and hard to manuver around the door.

For 300 a night, this hotel is WAY overpriced. The A/C is too loud; neighbors noise comes through walls; bath towels are large, but rough; bathroom is not lush, just a bathroom; of 4 elevators, only 1 seemed to be operating; charge for internet and for newspapers (check the small print); only 1 person at front desk with several couples checking in or checking out. I won't go back.

The view was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in San Diego. Our room had views of the Marina to the left and the Harbor to the right. The staff was helpful and friendly!

The San Diego Airport Hilton has aged and has not renovated, so is dated and aging. From the standpoint of an early flight, the hotel is 7 minutes from the airport which is good. Very small bath room and limited in-room conveniences for the traveler.

Everything. Staff, lobby, location, view, cleanliness, television, bed, vibe. A bit on the pricey side. The entire hotel was beautiful and clean, inside and out. Couldn't find a bad view on either side or on any floor. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was colorful, modern and tons of fun.

The Hilton at San Diego Harbor Island was OK, had a great view. However, the maid service was poor. Everyday when we returned, it looked like our room was abandoned during cleaning. Pillows were left on the floor, beds partially made. One day, the bedspread was left crumpled in a corner of the room. Toiletries were never replaced in the five days that we stayed there.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very nice, clean and beautiful view of the marina. Non smoking rooms, but doesn't matter because you have a balcony to smoke in which is perfect because you don't pay for a smoking room if you do smoke. Staff is very friend and very sweet, highly recommend this hotel. Is a small hotel though nothing huge so if your looking for a luxurious hotel that isn't huge this if your perfect place.

Great accommodations. I thought the Hilton on Harbor Island was a great Hotel.Parking was convenient although we had to pay. The bed was comfortable and sheets/pillows were nice. The room service was great and all staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
